Port St. Joe is a quiet little town on the Florida Gulf Coast, not far from here. Nothing much usually happens there...................

She’s very lucky she is not dead.
And these 2 officers need more range time. 3 shots and only hit her twice and no kill shot.

First photo she looks like a crazed, raging bull.
Or more aptly, a hippo.

Treated at the hospital for two gunshot wounds and released.
Bay County, Gulf County, Florida — On August 15, 2025, at about 3:40 p.m., Port St. Joe Police Officers responded to a call involving a repo driver attempting to repossess a vehicle that fled after a crash. Officers located the vehicle driven by 41-year-old Tikila Walker and attempted a traffic stop. Her white Ford Fusion displayed an expired temporary tag. Walker refused to pull over and drove through north Port St. Joe at a slow rate of speed. Near avenue A and Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Sergeant Morrison attempted to block Walker's path. She drove onto the sidewalk and continued driving slowly through town. Sergeant Morrison terminated the attempted traffic stop. Officers cleared the area. At about 4:20 p.m., Officers responded to a reported hit-and-run with property damage caused by Walker on Avenue C. The reporting party did not wish to pursue charges. Sergeant Morrison relocated to MLK Boulevard where she spoke with the repo driver and with Walker, who was driving slowly by to avoid him. For about fifteen minutes, Sergeant Morrison spoke with Walker in an effort to de-escalate the incident.
However, Walker refused to exit her vehicle or turn it over to the repo driver, and she drove away. Just after 5:50 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a convenience store in highland view regarding a hit-and-run involving Walker's vehicle, which had reportedly been blocked in by the repo truck. At the same time, a separate call reported reckless driving by Walker in the area. Just after 6:00 p.m., Sergeant Morrison and Officer Lee located Walker's vehicle in the 200 block of Avenue C. Walker was in the driver's seat holding a filet-style knife with a 16-inch silver blade. Officer Lee approached from the front of the vehicle while Sergeant Morrison approached from the rear. The Officers attempted to de-escalate with Walker for several minutes, but she did not drop the knife. Sergeant Morrison attempted to open the door while Officer Lee provided cover, but the vehicle was locked. A Gulf County Sheriff's Deputy arrived on scene to assist. The Deputy broke the passenger-side window and deployed a taser seven times with no apparent effect.
During this time, Walker swung the knife at the deputy from inside her vehicle. Walker exited her vehicle still holding the knife and advanced on Sergeant Morrison. Officer Lee and Sergeant Morrison discharged their service weapons. After Sergeant Morrison and Officer Lee discharged their service weapons, Sergeant Morrison responded verbally to bystanders reacting to the incident. The deputy approached Walker and removed the knife from her right hand. Officers immediately began medical aid until the arrival of Gulf County EMS. Walker was transported to the hospital with two gunshot wounds, treated, and later discharged. Walker's 16-inch filet-style knife was recovered. Walker faces the following charges: Port St. Joe Police Department: Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer (784.07 2c), Resist Officer with Violence (843.01), Gulf County Sheriff's Office: Resist Officer with Violence (843.01).

A target that big and only hit an arm and pelvis with 3 shots?
At that distance, you’d think a shot to the head would save the taxpayers money.
