CDY: Acetaminophen (note the ACE in the name) impacts the spinal receptors above the pelvis and likely the ACE receptors above the mid-thoracic cavity.

I use Celebrex (celocoxib) for my pain... pelvis and below.
It works for me.
Works for my wife but seems to bring on muscle cramps for her.
There are other considerations (competitive tennis play) where I need more pain relief (ACE2) but that is sufficiently managed thro topicals.
In sum, the ACE receptors are key in managing pain and the available “meds and supplements” are helpful.
Yet... at some point, I’ll need to take up golf and/or Bridge.

Both golf and bridge are hard, but that’s what makes them so enjoyable. There are dozens of opportunities in every game of both to be both a brilliant competitor and a complete incompetent, sometimes mere moments apart. The mystery of what lies ahead and the prospect that “Today, I will be more capable than my opponents” is what keeps us coming back.
I appreciate the acetaminophen information because I had to have the roots of a tooth extracted last week because the damaged tooth broke off at the gum line. The dentist said it was a “difficult extraction” and told me to take 1000 mg of Tylenol as required every day to manage the pain and it worked beautifully. After reading it could cause liver issues though, I switched to ibuprofen after four days. I don’t need either now.

Acetaminophen is a great ACE2 NSAID for pain relief above the pelvis.

I take up to 2mg of “Tylenol” when playing tennis (all day).
Age now is a bugger; competitiveness is playing out...sadly.

All NSAID relief is tied to ACE Receptors that may [or may not] have been co-opted by the vaxx.
Spike proteins fill those open ACE receptors and circumvent and/or delay immune response.

I have a friend who was scheduling coordinator for liver transplants at a major hospital in NC and she told me 25 years ago that the one consistent thing that those patients shared was heavy use of Tylenol products. Doctors have long known that.
