Brave Search: “ACE receptors and Acetaminophen”:
... However, the context extensively discusses other receptor systems involved in acetaminophen’s analgesic effects, including serotonergic receptors, cannabinoid receptors (CB1), transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) receptors, and cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes. For instance, acetaminophen is metabolized in the brain to AM404, which acts on TRPV1 and CB1 receptors, contributing to pain relief.
Additionally, the serotonergic system, particularly 5-HT2 and 5-HT3 receptors, has been implicated in acetaminophen-induced analgesia.
Acetaminophen may also inhibit the enzyme diacylglycerol lipase α (DAGLα), reducing the production of the endocannabinoid 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), which in turn modulates CB1 receptor signaling and contributes to antinociception.
These mechanisms are distinct from any known interaction with ACE receptors...”
CDY: Acetaminophen (note the ACE in the name) impacts the spinal receptors above the pelvis and likely the ACE receptors above the mid-thoracic cavity.
Headache...? yeah... Arm and upper-back pain, yep.
Hip-girdle and knees... yah, lets find an ACE-1 (inter-) receptor.
YMMV
I use Celebrex (celocoxib) for my pain... pelvis and below.
It works for me.
Works for my wife but seems to bring on muscle cramps for her.
There are other considerations (competitive tennis play) where I need more pain relief (ACE2) but that is sufficiently managed thro topicals.
In sum, the ACE receptors are key in managing pain and the available “meds and supplements” are helpful.
Yet... at some point, I’ll need to take up golf and/or Bridge.
None of that was in your Mayo Clinic link.
Thanks for trolling.

The source of the quote? ❓
Sorry did you miss the “I’m not a medical professional” part at the VERY START of my post?
the hate is palpable.
What quote?

Just out of curiosity, show of hands, how many FReeQs are still visiting 8Kun for ‘the current sitch”?
You don't have to be a medical professional to notice that what you posted, contains no information relevant to the the topic at hand.
And an ex post facto document dump attempting to cover your sorry rear through "proof via intimidation" does not rectify the mistake, but accentuates the initial impression of bad faith.
tl;dr == "when you're in a hole, stop digging."
the hate is palpable.
As far as hate? Here's the world's tiniest violin. I'll buy you some liver, Prometheus.

Both golf and bridge are hard, but that’s what makes them so enjoyable. There are dozens of opportunities in every game of both to be both a brilliant competitor and a complete incompetent, sometimes mere moments apart. The mystery of what lies ahead and the prospect that “Today, I will be more capable than my opponents” is what keeps us coming back.
I appreciate the acetaminophen information because I had to have the roots of a tooth extracted last week because the damaged tooth broke off at the gum line. The dentist said it was a “difficult extraction” and told me to take 1000 mg of Tylenol as required every day to manage the pain and it worked beautifully. After reading it could cause liver issues though, I switched to ibuprofen after four days. I don’t need either now.

And.. what topic is that?

.
Acetaminophen is a great ACE2 NSAID for pain relief above the pelvis.
“what keeps us coming back”.
I take up to 2mg of “Tylenol” when playing tennis (all day).
Age now is a bugger; competitiveness is playing out...sadly.
I suppose Canasta might be less painful?
All NSAID relief is tied to ACE Receptors that may [or may not] have been co-opted by the vaxx.
Spike proteins fill those open ACE receptors and circumvent and/or delay immune response.

YMMV
Generic shitpost.
I have a friend who was scheduling coordinator for liver transplants at a major hospital in NC and she told me 25 years ago that the one consistent thing that those patients shared was heavy use of Tylenol products. Doctors have long known that.
Time to execute murderers and deport all illegals and muslims.
I don’t care if it’s near a gun range.
Considering all involved, I don’t consider it an accident.
