Wilmington, Ohio – Spotty morning showers will give way to a dramatic shift in Ohio’s weather pattern, with fall-like conditions expected to settle across the state beginning Sunday. A strong push of cooler and drier air will bring a noticeable drop in temperatures through the final week of August.

According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, outlooks from the Climate Prediction Center show a high probability for below-normal temperatures across Ohio from August 25 through early September. I’ve noticed the trees beginning to change early in my area.

“outlooks from the Climate Prediction Center show a high probability for below-normal temperatures across Ohio.” Here in KS, too. Global warming I suspect.

Sign me up for some of that action. I grow weary of the Texas summer.

Oh, no. Brace for the rude shock of air temps falling from low-90’s to low-80’s for a week or so. 🙄

Lucky you. Sweltering in Spokane, 91 and climbing, My cat won’t go out in the yard when it’s this hot even though we have shady areas.

I’m in Southern Idaho, not far from Boise. The trees are changing but our temps have been pretty warm. Mostly in the 90’s throughout this month. I’ll be happy to see cooler, fall weather!

Thanks....you’re in good country.

I’m in southwest Colorado and we have beautiful Fall weather on the way. We usually have nice Indian summers here.

Here in Michigan our Memorial weekend was freezing vold, now our Labor Day weekend looks to be the same. I’m hoping for a little more Global Warming this week.

I’m north of Indy

I’m loving this! Screw those 90 degree days. I won’t even pop my head out the door when it’s like that

The “California High” is not in the typical position this summer. Here is Placer County we’ve had an unusually mild summer by our blazing standards

The geese are already flying here in Eastern Washington even though the temps have been in the high 80’s to low 100’s. I think we are going to have an early fall as well.
