LOVED the gift shop - it was cool
My pastor and I are there about 4 months ago
I enjoyed looking at the merchandise
Restaurant still had the old decor
NO GAY PRIDE PARADE rockers out
front either - Thank God

The way to fix this is simple: re-do their logo again, but add a bunch of folksy, Norman Rockwell type art to surround it. Go heavy on the country Americana.
And purge everyone associated with the first logo change.

I eat there occasionally for the nostalgia factor. Take that away and there is no reason to go.

People like you are not going to keep them in business. We hate it cause the new look sucks to us. It is boring and sterile.
You are free to like what you want and I am not attacking you for it, but I guarantee, if this goes through, the company will be dead in less than 5 years.

They used to have good beef stew with cornbread, they discontinued it. Then they had good bbq pulled pork and discontinued that. Had the fried chicken fingers recently. The batter had a ton of onion powder that overwhelmed all the natural flavor plus they've done something to mess up the hashbrown casserole. The store was 90 percent Halloween stuff that doesn't interest me.
Won't be going back.
