The warning is for some Great Value raw frozen shrimp because it may be contaminated with Cesium-137 If it were Cesium-133, we'd at least know the time.

Distributors and retailers are also being told to dispose of this product. HOW!
The shrimp should be returned to the producer.
If these shrimp were found on the grounds of a nuclear power plant, the shrimp would be required to be disposed of as radioactive waste.
The only likely origin of the Cs-137 is a nuclear power plant or a Uranium mine.
There needs to be an investigation in to how Cs-137 came to be in farmed shrimp.

How can both of these statements from the article be true?
Officials said, at this time, no product that has tested positive or alerted for Cesium-137 (Cs-137) has entered the U.S. commerce
The FDA is warning the public about possibly radioactive shrimp that may have been sold at Walmart in 13 states.
