The shrimp should be returned to the producer.

If these shrimp were found on the grounds of a nuclear power plant, the shrimp would be required to be disposed of as radioactive waste.

The only likely origin of the Cs-137 is a nuclear power plant or a Uranium mine.

There needs to be an investigation in to how Cs-137 came to be in farmed shrimp.

That can’t be determined without knowing contamination levels.
