A so-called 'neighbor from hell' has mounted a deafening train horn to the roof of his home and blasts it up to three times a day amid an ongoing neighbor dispute.
Gary Boyadzhian, 50, has admitted to blasting the horn daily to get the attention of LAPD.
Neighbors on a street in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, say they've been enduring the blasts for months with no end in sight.
'I know it's not fair to my neighbors, absolutely,' Boyadzhian told ABC7. 'If I were in their shoes, I would complain too. It is loud. It is disturbing.'
Boyadzhian says he sounds both his home alarm and a set of three ear-splitting train horns nearly every day, sometimes for several minutes at a time.
'I need help. I don't know how else to cry out for it. That's why I'm setting off the sirens,' he said. 'I'm crying out for help.'
Boyadzhian has not disclosed what the dispute is about but neighbors are fed up.
There are signs posted across the neighborhood, urging residents to call police when they hear the blasts.

I miss the 8, 10, 12, 2 and 4 mill whistles of my youth.
6 am is not day to many of us.
If this is really Van Nuys, I’m surprised the neighbors even hear the blasts over the raucous Mexican music that blasts there until 2:00 a.m.
The local constabulary needs to have a few pints with these boys.
More than 1 way to skin acat besides putting its head in a boot jack & yanking on its tail

I hate yo say this but all his neighbors should hire a blood thirsty lawyer and sue the Hell out of him
Van Nuys is like it’s own Chicago people party way into the morning hours blaring so called music not in English.

I always wanted to do this... train horn on a bicycle.
By 6 am where I live people out walking dogs, or just walking. Trash is being picked up. Kids being picked up on school buses. Not loud but people are up and about.
I’d like one for my truck
I can’t post my reply to your comment, but free advice:
Say that in public at your own risk.
The train horn sounds better then the muslims call to prayer.
I had neighbors from hell. A train horn to get their attention is the least of what I wanted to do to that wretched family.
Those are not loud like dogs barking continually.
We used to live five miles from an air base, 3 miles from a race track 50’yatds from a hospital and a railroad crossing.
You get used to sirens, train horns, fighter jets, helicopters and race cars after a while.
Nope. It was in a nice neighborhood, just lots of stuff always going on.
