A so-called 'neighbor from hell' has mounted a deafening train horn to the roof of his home and blasts it up to three times a day amid an ongoing neighbor dispute.
Gary Boyadzhian, 50, has admitted to blasting the horn daily to get the attention of LAPD.
Neighbors on a street in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, say they've been enduring the blasts for months with no end in sight.
'I know it's not fair to my neighbors, absolutely,' Boyadzhian told ABC7. 'If I were in their shoes, I would complain too. It is loud. It is disturbing.'
Boyadzhian says he sounds both his home alarm and a set of three ear-splitting train horns nearly every day, sometimes for several minutes at a time.
'I need help. I don't know how else to cry out for it. That's why I'm setting off the sirens,' he said. 'I'm crying out for help.'
Boyadzhian has not disclosed what the dispute is about but neighbors are fed up.
There are signs posted across the neighborhood, urging residents to call police when they hear the blasts.

Another excellent application be when the “calls to prayer” blast out over some metro areas (metro areas that have “done it to themselves”!)
I could see a use for that. Either do this, or else....
Good idea.
Their reason is rarely sane. They are almost always Schizo.
The neighbors must like it. If any didn’t here in CA they could, within a couple days, get a civil harassment temporary restraining order shutting down this maniac
My back door neighbor lets their two barking dogs outside unattended @6:00 every morning they ignore the barking for an hour so I blast a boat horn until the dogs go inside. Thankfully there is a new For Sale sign in front of their house.
So far, he had not received a citation from police because they have never come in time to catch him in the act.
LAPD officers have reportedly told the neighbors they need to witness the noise firsthand to issue a citation.
Wow LAPD are sure on top of things. /sarc
How is this different than a muslim’s Call to Prayer?
Where I live people don’t care if your dog barks all day, it’s when they bark all night they complain.
‘I need help. I don’t know how else to cry out for it. That’s why I’m setting off the sirens,’ he said. ‘I’m crying out for help.’
oh oh oh now do the muslim call to prayer that sounds 5 times a day.
Where I used to live (West Virginia), this man’s house would have burned down in a mysterious fire.
I remember the first time I heard it. Night flight to Jordan. We landed around 3 in the morning. Cleared customs and headed to the hotel and finally lay down in bed after 4. Almost within seconds of doing so the call blasted and droned on for about 10 minutes. I knew what it was but simply had to wait for it to end and finally got some shuteye. Slept til noon that day.
As soon as I get home I put on my noise-cancelling headphones, connected via Bluetooth to the TV or my phone, just so that I can drown out the annoying society and neighbors around me. I’m available via hand signals or phone if family needs me, ha ha.
They are inconsiderate neighbors good riddance.
Anti freeze hot dogs can take care of that problem.
I also came to the conclusion that crack of dawn call just make muslims grumpy and ornery and its never ending for their whole lives.

A man doing that is a nutcase, and pity on the people who live in the huge area he is affecting.
