I can’t stand Stern and got XM instead of Sirius because of that. I hated when they merged.
I have barely heard of Stern in the last 10 years. Used to hear of him all the time. Had a small uptick during COVID, where he literally lost his mind and hasn’t been relevant since.
No loss.

The problem is that he is now boring. I had a free trial to SiriusXM a few months ago and a 2+ hour drive one morning. Decided to give Howard a go.
The last time that I listened was in the early 2000s when he was on regular radio. His humor was crude and offensive back then (but at least a little funny) but after a few weeks I would get bored and switch to Imus, who I would also get bored with after a few weeks and the back to Stern.
But the show I listened to now was simply boring, there wasn’t anything funny (offensive or otherwise)
