New System Can Identify People Through Walls Using Wi-Fi Signal
Futurism ^ | Aug 3 2025 | Joe Wilkins

Once upon a time, in their startling report titled "Bigger Monsters, Weaker Chains," ACLU analysts Jay Stanley and Barry Steinhardt argued that the US was quickly becoming a full-blown "surveillance society," where advanced technology and crumbling regulation come together to create the kind of world that was previously the domain of dystopian science fiction.

"The fact is, there are no longer any technical barriers to the Big Brother regime portrayed by George Orwell," they wrote.

That was in 2003. In the two decades since, the tech sector has unleashed a tidal wave of innovations like targeted algorithms, always-on location sharing, police face scanners, biometric passports, and surveillance drones — and that's just the short list.

Adding to the technological horror show is a troubling new system known as "WhoFi," a high-tech apparatus that can track humans through Wi-Fi.

A team of researchers at the Sapienza University of Rome recently released a paper outlining a new system capable of detecting "biometric signatures" through distortions in Wi-Fi signals. Notably, the system can surveil humans regardless of lighting conditions, and can sense them through walls.

The researchers say that WhoFi can capture "rich biometric information," identifying individual people with a 95.5 percent accuracy rate.

"Unlike optical systems that perceive only the outer surface of a person," the team writes, "Wi-Fi signals interact with internal structures, such as bones, organs, and body composition, resulting in person-specific signal distortions that act as a unique signature."

Though the researchers say that Wi-Fi is a "non-visual" medium, and therefore "privacy-preserving," the threat to personal privacy is immense. For starters, if deployed in real life, it wouldn't be the only gadget watching our every move, but part of a constellation of existing devices already hard at work tracking our every move.

I heard about this a couple years ago.

Back in the 1990’s I was studying frequencies. It began with a frequency chart of voices and all musical instruments in a sound engineer’s handbook I was studying. It expanded from there.

The Japanese were doing research on a frequency band between the infrared and microwave frequencies that had very special attributes. It allowed them to photograph the contents of a room, including the people inside through the walls from outside the building.

Years later when the Havana Syndrome was harming our workers in Cuba, I immediately knew it was the Russians using this technology to spy on our embassy.

There is an overlap in frequency between the microwave and infrared portions of the electromagnetic spectrum. Microwaves are generally defined as having frequencies between 300 MHz and 300 GHz, while infrared radiation spans from 300 GHz to 400 THz.

This means the upper end of the microwave range overlaps with the lower end of the infrared range.

• THz waves can penetrate materials like clothing, paper, and plastics, making them suitable for detecting hidden objects like weapons, explosives, or drugs on individuals or within packages without the need for physical contact.

• Material identification: THz spectroscopy can identify materials based on their unique “spectral fingerprints”, allowing for the identification of explosives, drugs, or other chemical compounds, according to the International Defense Security & Technology.

• Through-wall imaging: THz waves can penetrate walls, potentially enabling imaging of objects or even people located behind them, as suggested in military applications like detecting hidden tanks or militants in urban combat scenarios.

• High-resolution imaging and data transmission: THz radiation offers the potential for high-resolution imaging and high-speed data transmission, which could be exploited for surveillance or information gathering.

(so it is all going into the same global database)

Yep

But it could never happen HERE!!! (of course)

Yep, I am absolutely hip to frequencies and resonance. In fact I have been wanting to expose the marketing fraud that is “5G”. In reality true 5G band is only available in some metro demographics. What they are selling as “5G everywhere” is actually only upper frequencies of the 4G band. They are flat out lying and committing fraud with false advertisement.

I wonder if it would work if your phone is in a Faraday Bag?

You mean there's actually SOMETHING from the ACLU that I agree with?

If you want some really interesting reading, learn about the Schumann Resonance Frequencies and the effect of the CME’s and solar winds upon them. These are directly related to the increase in earthquakes and volcanic activity.

Schumann resonances are a set of electromagnetic frequencies that exist between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. The most prominent frequency is around 7.83 Hz, often referred to as the “Earth’s heartbeat”.

“I wonder if it would work if your phone is in a Faraday Bag?”

That would help hide you from your phone, but I think with this particular tech they would more utilize the “everywhere” network of routers more so than just phones. So they could use your own or even your neighbor’s routers to image you. Routers are all connected together as part of the “Internet of Things” cloud network.

Honestly, I am not sure how you can get away from it except turn your home into a big Faraday Bag and shut off your own router and bag your phone. And tinfoil hat folks have actually been doing that for awhile now. Looks like they were not so crazy after all...

Yep, I am completely hip to the science. Been into it for decades now. It comes from playing with radio and being a musician. Schumann Resonance, Binaural Beats, levitation, manipulation of mass and particles, let alone the esoteric and spiritual consciousness implications of resonant frequencies. I dig it and have physically experimented with the concept a LOT. :)

Faraday bags have been thoroughly tested and proven to be effective at blocking electromagnetic fields, preventing signals from entering or leaving the bag.

“”Some think they’ll avoid it by
non-participation. That will not
be permitted via electronic tyranny.””

And that is the whole point of the Mark of the Beast. Every living human will be forced to make a choice. Those that choose God/Jesus will be killed and will become martyrs for Christ (straight ticket to Heaven). Those that choose Satan will end up in Hell for eternity.

It will become all too real, whereas now it’s mostly speculation and “figuratively speaking”. Only those that can successfully hide.... ie totally off the grid and absent ANY form of technology... might escape being forced to take the Mark or die. That’s why preppers now need to pass on their skills to their family for the future survival “end test”.

Yep.

As it was in the Days of Lot...

(Genesis 19:14

And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons-in-law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons-in-law.)

FEW THERE BE THAT HAVE
EARS TO HEAR AND
EYES TO SEE

🙉🙈 🙉🙈 🙉🙈

Matthew 13:14-15
English Standard Version

14 Indeed, in their case the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says:

“‘“You will indeed hear but never understand,
and you will indeed see but never perceive.”

15 For this people’s heart has grown dull,
and with their ears they can barely hear,
and their eyes they have closed,
lest they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears
and understand with their heart
and turn, and I would heal them.’

How could they identify a person unless the have that information stored to compare it with? Like a fingerprint? Or DNA.

https://www.slashgear.com/1386383/aluminum-foil-lifehack-wifi/

While aluminum foil is a great conductor and reflector of radio waves, it’s only effective at boosting Wi-Fi strength if the reflector is shaped correctly.

.......

This information is fed into a program called WiPrint, which creates an optimized reflector shape for your router and home in about 23 minutes. The shape can then be fed into a 3D printer.

so aluminum foil hat is a good idea or bad? depends on the shape of your head or underwear?

IMHO CBDC will be a reality

[Executive Order 14067]

Around mid-2022, this video commercial kept popping up on my YouTube - I finally watched it - it is all about EO14067.

I hope people can take time to watch what I recommended below:

The Digital Dollar will save us! Yeah, That’s the ticket!

(worth it to watch just the first 17 minutes - there will be no way to “prosper”, though)

“”Yes it won’t happen tomorrow...but...the infrastructure is being built right before our very eyes...””

And the demonic following is already apparent. Just... not the majority, yet. But there will come a day on earth when the demonics will outnumber the Christians. I don’t want to be here when that day comes.
