NEW YORK (AP) — A coalition of doctors’ groups and public health organizations sued the U.S. government on Monday over the decision to stop recommending COVID-19 vaccinations for most children and pregnant women.

The American Academy of Pediatrics, American Public Health Association and four other groups — along with an unnamed pregnant doctor who works in a hospital — filed the lawsuit in federal court in Boston.

U.S. health officials, following infectious disease experts’ guidance, previously had urged annual COVID-19 shots for all Americans ages 6 months and older. But in late May, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced he was removing COVID-19 shots from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendations for healthy children and pregnant women.

Many health experts decried the move as confusing and accused Kennedy of disregarding the scientific review process that has been in place for decades — in which experts publicly review current medical evidence and hash out the pros and cons of policy changes.

The new lawsuit repeats those concerns, alleging that Kennedy and other political appointees at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services have flouted federal procedures and systematically attempted to mislead the public.

The lawsuit also notes recent changes to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Kennedy, a leading antivaccine activist before becoming the nation’s top health official, fired the entire 17-member panel this month and replaced it with a group that includes several anti-vaccine voices.

Doctors say Kennedy’s actions are making their jobs harder — with some patients raising doubts about all kinds of vaccines and others worried they will lose access to shots for themselves and their children.

“This is causing uncertainty and...

No standing. The government has immunity from their decisions.

Sounds like they are losing a lot of money and will not stand for it.

The “good doctors” aren’t going to make much money from the per-shot payables if people stop letting them foist their poison on them and their children—pure blood and proud of it.

That's not how it works. They get paid by the hundred. Ninety-nine and you don't get paid.

They should be countered sued for calling themselves “public health organizations”. It’s obviously false advertising.

Personally I would not join such a suit. We know the Judge will issue a TRO. Once it’s proven that the Covid 19 “Vaccine” causes more problems than it solves, the doctors who joined the case could be held liable. With our litigious legal system, you can never discount anything!

Drag the lawsuit out as long as possible. Longest life expectancy is 10 years max, and I doubt they used horse paste to mitigate the damage.

These same ‘health organizations’ said nothing when the policy was to mutilate the sex organs and chemistry of children.

They were dead silent.

Sept. 1, 2021
CNN “Two senior leaders in the US Food and Drug Administration’s vaccine review office are stepping down, even as the agency works toward high-profile decisions around Covid-19 vaccine approvals, authorizations for younger children and booster shots.

The retirements of Dr. Marion Gruber, director of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review at FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, and Dr. Philip Krause, deputy director of the office, were announced in an internal agency email sent on Tuesday and shared with CNN by the FDA.”
Drs Gruber and Krause resigned because the Bidenites were anxious to have the FDA sign off on the untested mRNA “vaccine”. They refused to sign off because the drug had not satisfied FDA protocols instituted to protect the public. The Bidenites quickly installed two medico apparatchiks who just as quickly signed off.

Were these protocols ever satisfied.

They are going to have a hard time in court to sue for revoking a policy recommendation. The “doctors” can just jab their victims without any regard to policy.

A lawsuit?

These organizations aren’t themselves prohibited from continuing to make these recommendations, are they?

What clinched passing on the jab for me was learning from my doctor-although he was pushing it hard, they themselves, you see, in the medical center didn’t (clearing throat) do it themselves,
“But you can be vaccinated at a pharmacy, the high school field house, a wholesale veterinary supply warehouse, or in an alley off Main Street, ask for Vinny.”
The definition of a vaccine necessarily includes the possibility that it might actually work. Well. It works alright, just not the way you think!, in that you can still come down with the Shanghai Shivers. OK, thanks no thanks.
