No standing. The government has immunity from their decisions.

Sounds like they are losing a lot of money and will not stand for it.

The “good doctors” aren’t going to make much money from the per-shot payables if people stop letting them foist their poison on them and their children—pure blood and proud of it.

They should be countered sued for calling themselves “public health organizations”. It’s obviously false advertising.

A coalition of doctors’ groups and public health organizations sued the U.S. government on Monday over the decision to stop recommending COVID-19 vaccinations for most children and pregnant women.

Personally I would not join such a suit. We know the Judge will issue a TRO. Once it’s proven that the Covid 19 “Vaccine” causes more problems than it solves, the doctors who joined the case could be held liable. With our litigious legal system, you can never discount anything!

These same ‘health organizations’ said nothing when the policy was to mutilate the sex organs and chemistry of children.

They were dead silent.

Sept. 1, 2021
CNN “Two senior leaders in the US Food and Drug Administration’s vaccine review office are stepping down, even as the agency works toward high-profile decisions around Covid-19 vaccine approvals, authorizations for younger children and booster shots.

The retirements of Dr. Marion Gruber, director of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review at FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, and Dr. Philip Krause, deputy director of the office, were announced in an internal agency email sent on Tuesday and shared with CNN by the FDA.”
Drs Gruber and Krause resigned because the Bidenites were anxious to have the FDA sign off on the untested mRNA “vaccine”. They refused to sign off because the drug had not satisfied FDA protocols instituted to protect the public. The Bidenites quickly installed two medico apparatchiks who just as quickly signed off.

Were these protocols ever satisfied.

They are going to have a hard time in court to sue for revoking a policy recommendation. The “doctors” can just jab their victims without any regard to policy.

A lawsuit?

These organizations aren’t themselves prohibited from continuing to make these recommendations, are they?

“The American Academy of Pediatrics, American Public Health Association and four other groups — along with an unnamed pregnant doctor who works in a hospital — filed the lawsuit in federal court in Boston.”

This is the same American Academy of Pediatrics which is all gungho for sterilizing children either by medical or surgical means sometimes both.

They are the enemy of good.

The Covid shots were only recommended because of corruption and non-following of standard timelines in the first place. IMO these doctors are condoning murder and should lose their medical licenses.

Hey, they can likely administer any vaccines people want to take.

The objection is to FORCING it on everyone.

And filing a lawsuit demanding people be forced to take vaccines is (hopefully) not going anywhere. But sad to say in today’s world........

Many health experts decried the move as confusing and accused Kennedy of disregarding the scientific review process that has been in place for decades — in which experts publicly review current medical evidence and hash out the pros and cons of policy changes.

The new lawsuit repeats those concerns, alleging that Kennedy and other political appointees at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services have flouted federal procedures and systematically attempted to mislead the public.

The irony considering how this so-called *vaccine* was pushed through flaunting all the usual vaccine development protocols, and they actually had to change the definition of *vaccine* to get this to qualify.

It's never been anything but an experimental medical *treatment* that is still in it's long term testing phase.

And is failing spectacularly what with all the damage it's been known to inflict on people.
