This is nuts (and very dumb). Skip in about a third of the way if you please.

Dude just destroyed his Raptor for a tiny jump!
For context, a brand-new 2025 Raptor starts at $79,000.
But at least his Stanley mug is alright! Gotta leave you some comments:
The brakes don’t work when you are airborne.
I think that was his daddyās truck.
Looks like the weight of the engine pulled the nose down.
I miss mine.
But I sold mine not roll it.
If you buy it new Ford will give you a free course on how to drive it properly.
I am guessing that this guy did not take that course.
Iām guessing the insurance company looks at that video and says āno weāre not covering that.ā
No question.
I donāt even understand why heād do this.
Iād be THRILLED to have a dependable vehicle.
Iām a nervous wreck if I need to drive more than 10 miles in my 20 year old heap and this idiot trashes a brand new luxury truck?!?
He was blessed to have it and should have driven it gratefully.
Some of us would have.
I read somewhere that one of the GMC trucks on Fall Guy had to be modified just for jumps.
In one scene, that truck landed and the front axle buckled big time.
I am still trying to understand why it reacted like that. none of the cars or trucks I have jumped did that.
answer: math and physics
“I am still trying to understand why it reacted like that”
That berm is way too short and steep. Front end went up too quickly, back end smashed into the berm, throwing the back end up and into a somersault. He needed something more like a waterski jump, longer with less rise per foot.
The ramp was too short. The front tires were off the ground when the back tires hit causing the back to raise but there was nothing to hold the front up.
Youtube is full of examples of folks thinking the Raptor is more capable than it actually is.
A Man Has Got to Know
His Trucks Limitations!
Total rookie.
Weight distribution was all wrong, ramp was too short, and way too much speed.
Stupid should hurt.
Iād love to have a real truck along the lines of the Rick Simon Powerwagon if I ever found a genie.
“Henry Cunningham”’s comment was hilarious! š¤£šš»
“The moviemakers destroyed fifty plus, 1958 Plymouth Fury cars making the film āChristineā.”
LOL!
Next year it will be 60 plus!
Aluminum body, front heavy.
And the driver was 100x dead weight than normal due to the black hole in his cranium sucking in all stupid material around him.
