Of course...what did we expect..
Thanks for point that out. Let's try this one then:
18 U.S. Code § 2422 - Coercion and enticement.
He wasn't charged with that.
"(a) Whoever knowingly persuades, induces, entices, or coerces any individual to travel in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, to engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
(b) Whoever, using the mail or any facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce, or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States knowingly persuades, induces, entices, or coerces any individual who has not attained the age of 18 years, to engage in prostitution or any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title and imprisoned not less than 10 years or for life."
Doesn't mention anything about this law being related to the Mann Act which he was found guilty of.
The question arises as to why AG Bondi kept Comey on the job. Did Combs have dirt on Republicans? Or was Bondi afraid of the repercussions of exposing the full extent of the criminal behavior? You have to note that she, Patel, and Bongino have been slow walking if not stonewalling revelations of the 1960s assassinations and the Epstein files. Additionally, Patel and Bongino have endorsed the narrative on Epstein's death and the assassination attempt on Trump in Pennsylvania last year.
I don't know the answers but from all appearances, it seems that Trump's Justice and FBI teams are not pursuing justice for victims of sex crimes and past Democratic deprivations.
> Women who engage in this kind of degrading behavior ought to know better.<
Especially when they continue doing it for 10+ years while enjoying all of the perks of hanging around a multimillionaire.
EC
I agree!
Diddy can just release a few more “albums” of moronic mumbling backed by a headache=inducing bass line. It’ll sell.
females that could have left the area? Those females?
It’s not okay to beat someone but it’s not okay to take the beatings in exchange for rent, and 10K handbags, but then cry victim.
TBH, they overcharged him and did not prove racketeering and sex trafficking. He is a nasty freak but that’s not against the law.
Judge will probably release him pending sentencing.
Slim chances he gets the maximum 10 years.
They never charged him with the most serious crimes. Nor did they really want him to go down. There are too many powerful people that were involved and don’t want to be exposed.
Names in his roto-file?
Worth noting that the federal conviction rate at trial historically is close to 99%!
Yeah, he likely had the insurance blackmail on several somebodies to ensure the if he was charged, their crimes would be exposed.
He should change his name to Seanffrey Epstein.
The United States is a blackmail-ocracy.
A New York jury had ZERO issue convicting Trump of utter NONSENSE, but they only found Diddy guilty of prostitution counts, which means he will get released in a year tops..in fact, he will probably be released on time served. I hear the prosecutor was James Comey’s daughter so there ya go, she didnt want him to get convicted, he has too much dirt on too many people, including prominent Dems
Yes. I can’t believe all the folks who ignore the fact that the women involved appears to have been willing to return ad infinitum for more.
Disgusting, yes, consenting adult, yes. Maybe not in the moment the first time but by staying in the “relationship” they consented to the whole shebang. Not a subset of society I can relate to but neither are so many other subsets.
Yep, and if the CIA / MI6 don’t have anything to blackmail you with they may even try to assassinate you (as Trump found out).
Suspended sentences on both convictions with time served. He’ll walk.
“He was found guilty of taking women over state lines for the purpose of prostitution”
Wasn’t Hunter ALSO found guilty of that?
Will they give him the max sentences on the Mann Act violations ans run the consecutively or no?
