John Solomon said recently (I lost the link) that no one should expect Hussein (my choice of means to refer to Barrack, not Solomon's) to be indicted because President Trump set a precedent of immunity, and he said dryly, "Thanks, President Trump." But I believe Trump's immunity was for official actions they alleged he undertook while president. (Excerpt from wikipedia below for reference). When Obama committed treason, it wasn't a 'core' duty for him, nor an official act as President. He committed treason throughout Trump's administration and Biden's as well. He's committing treason to this day, because we know he will do so as long as he lives.

The person you describe is a citizen therefore at best he is an illegal combatant. He has no POW rights as he is participating illegally. Fed Courts try citizens, unless Fed Courts are non-functioning. A military tribunal is a Fed court, but not the first resort.

I anticipate that when mass arrests happen, the groups I mentioned in my earlier post will attempt to prevent further arrests. There will be firefights between law enforcement and those entities. This is where SCARE comes in. It won’t affect most people but will still justify a military response, particularly if the rebellious entities take Washington and occupy government buildings. It would be ironic if those entities took over the Capitol, even if it is empty.
With Congress adjourned and out of the picture, Trump can invoke LBJ’s 1968 EO (insurrection) and use NCSWIC from JFK’s 1961 EO (continuation of government) to set up temporary military rule. His goal would be to expel the illegals, execute a special census and redistrict our various legislatures at all levels. The 2026 election would be held under military auspices. Congress would not meet again until January 2027, and it would be the Congress elected in 2026.
Much of the rebellion will be hyped as more serious than it really is for PR purposes. Once the roundup begins, things should move smoothly.

sorry I am retired. If you need a physician, chose one who graduated before medicine became a business: at least 60 years old. Doctors now have to fill out forms and follow flow charts and expert opinions to get paid.

I have just spoken to the Acting Prime Minister of Thailand, and it was a very good conversation. Thailand, like Cambodia, wants to have an immediate Ceasefire, and PEACE. I am now going to relay that message back to the Prime Minister of Cambodia. After speaking to both Parties, Ceasefire, Peace, and Prosperity seems to be a natural. We will soon see!

I just had a very good call with the Prime Minister of Cambodia, and informed him of my discussions with Thailand, and its Acting Prime Minister. Both Parties are looking for an immediate Ceasefire and Peace. They are also looking to get back to the “Trading Table” with the United States, which we think is inappropriate to do until such time as the fighting STOPS. They have agreed to immediately meet and quickly work out a Ceasefire and, ultimately, PEACE! It was an Honor to deal with both Countries. They have a long and storied History and Culture. They will hopefully get along for many years to come. When all is done, and Peace is at hand, I look forward to concluding our Trading Agreements with both!
