"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

IN POLITICAL NEWS
1) In one of the biggest hidden stories of the year, Kollyfornia, after its massive voter roll purges, continues to slowly move rightward, as last month the GOP gained a net of 23,000. Kollyfornia therefore is looking like every other state in voter registration changes. But wait! Overall it’s even more shocking, as so far Kollyfornia has removed over 2.1 million ineligible voters. (read, “DemoKKKrats”). Seth Keshel then noted that the DemoKKKrats have 12 states under control each by a single county. I don’t care how big the cities or counties are, that’s a vulnerability right there. Oh, and in further indication of the Great DemoKKKrat Crack-Up, the guys at Liberal Patriot found that nearly 60% of blue collar voters want more gas and oil. Imagine that. Now, Seth Keshel notes that VA may still be a tough nut. The Trump layoffs were on holed while the judge was overruled. If gubment unemployment can push up to 200,000 out of the DC/VA region by 2028, Rs have a chance. They’d only need to pull over about another 100,000.
2) Shipwreckedcrew argues that the oral arguments in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals case indicated that the case will go back to the original court with likelihood that President Trump will be given wide latitude in defining the Alien Enemies.
3) In the great Epstein Influencer War of 2025, Axios reported that Pam Bondi and Dan Bongino had a heated argument over the Epstein files, and that Bongino issued a “Her or me” kind of ultimatum. First, it’s Axios. Everyone corroborating this story likely is calling . . . Axios for corroboration. Second, it’s good to be able to have hot discussions with subordinates. You do not want yes men in the organization. Third, Bongino is two levels down from Bondi and in a “her or him” struggle, he will be gone. But Trump stepped in, talked with Dan, said Bongino is just fine, and I expect the kids to make up and get back to work this week. Meanwhile, I argued last week that there were a burst of big human trafficking busts since February, and that these were coming from witness testimony in the Epstein files. Trump did not confirm this, but he did confirm they had so far freed 10,000 children from pedos and traffickers. But, like Freddy, the story just clings on. Now Wired magazine says the DOJ video was edited, and badly.
4) Now, here is an angle I hadn’t considered, the Tar Baby angle, where Trump/Bondi say “No, we’re done with the Epstein files. Not going to release anything else,” and DemoKKKrats squeal “YOU MUSSSSST.” Then Trump/Bondi go, “Aw shucks. OK.” A DemoKKKrat has introduced a bill to make the DOJ release everything. Gooooooood.
5) Tucker Carlson (i.e., “The Tuckster”) thinks Israel funded Epstein. In recent weeks the Tuckster has gotten further and further out. Pretty soon he’ll be picking the Dallas Cowboys to win the Super Bowl.
6) The U.S. is launching a “moonshot” level effort to get to minerals at the bottom of the sea before Chy-na does. Could cost $20 trillion. Daniel Yergin, dean of energy writing, says that copper is the biggest problem facing AI, not power.
7) Bondi-haters will just say this was an effort to quench the Epstein fire, but I think it was long in planning: the DOJ has fired 20 employees involved in the Jack Smith witch hunts. There are up to 35 total who may go.
8) The Pentagon has made bold moves to secure U.S. mineral independence by securing a deal with MP Minerals. And a rare earth mine has opened in Wyoming.
9) The Secret Service suspended six agents for “operational failure” in the near-assassination of President Trump last year. Fine and dandy, but they . . . knew about the planned attempt a month in advance?? The Senate report stated that a “cascade of failures” accompanied that nearly-fatal failure. None fired there yet.
10) Now the Washington ComPost wants an “unflinching” look into Rutabaga’s mental health? What, video of him stumbling, bumbling, slurring and careening from whispers to screaming didn’t tell you something? Except Rutabaga’s doctor is pleading the Fifth. But if he is immunized, as lawyer Jeff Childers notes, he must then testify truthfully and fully or he could THEN be facing legal consequences. Meanwhile, the New York Slimes reports that, gee, Rutabaga did NOT individually approve each name given a pardon. The autopen did. Well, more specifically, Rutabaga only personally signed Hunters pardon, but Chief of Staff Jeff Zeints signed most of the others.
11) After going through the other stages of grief on the tariffs, the New York Slimes finally arrived at acceptance. “Bluff and Bluster Aside, Trump’s Tariffs are Here to Stay.”
12) A crazed Islamist killed two women and wounded three others at a VA Baptist Church.

13) Another moron, er, judge ordered Trump to stop immigration arrests without “probable cause” in seven Kollyfornia counties. Fine. Invent probable cause and make the judge review each friggin’ case.
14) Kristi Noem announced five more Gator Gitmo type detention centers in the works. However, in a related story, the DOJ’s office of Inspector General released a damning report on federal prisons, saying they were hotbeds of abuse.
15) Orange County activists are patrolling Home Depot and use a volunteer network to warn of raids. Well, in my little criminal justice manual, that’s obstruction of justice.
16) Mayor Karen Ass in New Azteca (LA) has given out cash cards to illegal invaders.

17) How too many over-educated, under-employed, rent-controlled, angry, anti-Israel elites created the Amazing Zohran. And in a related story, hiring managers are shying away from college grads, who are “unprepared and entitled.”
18) Most churches still pass the plate for offerings (about 64%). The others send Paulie Walnuts and Carlo over with baseball bats.
19) Very sad. Long-time holdouts Chip and Joanna Gaines, who actually quit one network because they would not show home-renovation shows with homosexual couples, now are featuring a homosexual couple on their own network. Is no one capable of holding the line against this anti-human, unnatural spoogieness?

22) A consulting crash is coming.
23) Wind, solar, battery project cancellations have spiked in Texas.
24) The Trump administration is killing another green boodoggle, the “Grain Belt Express.”

25) Tom Nelson’s astounding compilation of THIRTY stories showing that hoax-y Climate Change nonsense is coming to an end. Speaking of the hoaxified climate change, CNN admitted that only 40% thought it was a problem, and that number hadn’t changed in years. But Harry Enten showed that depending on the “climate change” question, the percentages dropped even further to 32%. In something that should be distressing, but won’t be because elites have absolutely no control over it, a giant hole has opened in the Sun and once a year is blasting earth with solar winds. But wait! It gets better-—or worse-—the solar system has a new visitor, a, well, “thing” that isn’t a comet or an asteroid, that flew by the Sun, and then accelerated on its way out of the solar system. And this and two other objects came from outside the solar system and seemed unaffected by the gravity pull of the sun. Please don’t tell me Thanos survived the snap.
26) About those weapons Trump was going to “give” to Ukraine. Not exactly. He is going to sell weapons to Germany, Mediocre Britain, and throw in two rifle grenades for the entire Dutch Army. Then, what they do with it is on them-—but Trump has gotten them to pay for “protecting” Ukraine. Meanwhile, Ukraine is now becoming mostly a drone war. This will work until one country or another invents seriously effective electronic counter warfare & makes them drop from the sky.
27) The U.S., Japan, and Australia signed an agreement to boost military logistical support among the nations. Not good news for the ChiComs. Russia may scrap its lone aircraft carrier. The Russkies need to understand that they are not a sea-going people and would be well advised to build a Japan-type coastal defense force and forget big blue water navies (except subs).

29) “Superman” did $122 million out of the gate. But will it have legs. Reviews are mixed, and Henry Cavill IS Superman. “Jurrasic World,” which had a horrible review from Critical Drinker, nevertheless has probably made money already with $529 million worldwide. “F1,” which I hear is good, is just over $393 million and likely will make some money.

I am sincerely seeking reactions to below and suggestions, although I fear there really is no way to address this.
I would like to join a grieving group, but based on the experiences of two people I know who did so within the last two years, I fear it will make things worse.
These people took part in GriefShare, which I guess is a program run by churches. As one might expect in these situations, the ten or so people who are part of the group cohort that meets weekly for 12 weeks or so lost people close to them, usually family members or spouses, due to different things. That is, the situations surrounding the death were different for each person, although a couple people here and there may have had something in common, such as losing a husband to cancer.
My aunt was helped very much years ago when she was part of a grieving group after losing her husband. She saw many of the people in this group for years afterward, some she saw five or more times a year. However, that was a different time and many were women who also lost a husband and also didn’t have children.
The problem that my friends have run into is that the people is thus: the one lost a father to Covid (supposedly to Covid, you know how that goes, but based on the facts it really could have been Covid) and the other lost one due to a suspected (on her part, with good reason based on what we know from postings on this thread series) effects of the Covid vaccine.
They weren’t able to talk about this the way they wanted to in their grief group because of their positions on the the whole scamdemic/plandemic (which are very much in line with ours). No one else in the group seeming open to their concerns, which they hinted at in a “testing the waters kind of way.”
There were fellow group members who lost people they probably would have lost anyway the way they lost them even if the last five years never happened. But there were others who lost people, according to my friends (Well, the one is an acquaintance really— my friend’s friend) due to something tied to the scamdemic/plandemic, such as the loved one having a vaccine injury, going into a deep depression over the Covid years stuff and it wreaking havoc with their health, or not being given the right treatment because doctors and nurses have vaccine injuries and aren’t thinking right, etc.
The GriefShare program left them grieving even more and more depressed.
My friend and I talk to each other about these issues. Her friend seems unable to talk about them, even to her, anymore. My friend would, like me, ideally want to be part of GriefShare group of people whose grief has a definite Covid connection and want to talk about this and would like it to be lead by some sort of good, experienced moderator.
Her friend tried going for individual therapy, but the therapists did not want to acknowledge her concerns over the vaccine injury of her loved one and basically called her crazy, but in a nice way I guess, so she got more depressed.
Please tell me Minneapolis will not vote for this crazy-eyed man for mayor!
