There always seems to be something new coming out of the Trump Organization. This time, it's a mobile phone service.
Yes, for real. I can't believe this isn't satire:

There are only three providers: Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T.
They own the infrastructure.
Every other mobile phone service piggybacks on one of the Big Three.
The way it works: Acme Phone Service buys a large chunk of hours/bandwidth at a discount rate. Then sells off small chucks at a markup to its customers.
I wonder which of the Big Three Trump's service will piggyback on?

It's not quite competition. Whichever phone service you use, you're using one of the big three: Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T.
See my post 21.

Cringe.Your response? I don't know the details of this plan but I do know my phone vendor hates me, hates you and hates MAGA.
Why does the idea of having a friendly phone carrier make you cringe?

“Doesn’t that break some sort of law?”
It is the Trump business, not Trump and the Presidency.
Now, do you really think they would roll out a new business without checking first to see if it were legal?

I’d love to get rid of ATT. We have two lines, and a local zip for WIFI.

These carriers can make use of government funding and incentives to build towers.

Sorry to say, I think this is a dumb idea.
If he survived the fungible trading tokens and the golden sneakers, he’ll survive this. It is part of the package. I chuckle, keepmy wallet in my pocket, and move on.

I want a phone that cannot be tracked.
A phone HAS to trackable, or it cannot work.

If a phone connects to a cell network it can be tracked.

I have Consumer Cellular and at $32.00/month with no contract or problems, I’m happy.

This is a licensing venture under the Trump Organization, not a direct business run by President Trump. Still, it’s a tacky move that blurs the line between brand and public office.
I’d suggest the President ask his sons to ease up on selling the name until his term is over—it just doesn’t look good.

The Left has been telling their minion morons that Trump is just in this to make money for all his ‘rich friends’ anyways whether true or not. So might as well take advantage of the situation..........
