I use a quart ziploc, put in the yolks mayo etc. seal it, squeeze it to mix, cut the tip off the bottom and use it as a piping bag. No dish to wash and toss the bag.

I understand if you have a heavy duty freezer bag and are careful bout the size of the corner you could put a metal piping tip in it and it would work almost as well as a real bag.

One of the posters said that you should put tape around the tip in the corner or the tip will pop through.
