The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

AFAIK it is the Chinese - of course. Apparently they have little copper resources in the ground and, since they are wiring up their huge land mass, make mammoth demands for copper - especially wire.
When I wired as an electrician, I think copper was somewhat less than 80¢ a lb. I haven't looked for a few years but the last time I looked it was over $3 a lb. Anyone going to the store to buy a heavy duty extension cord immediately discovers the price rise.
Here in Fla it is not just ground wires on electric poles; churches and other structures not regularly occupied are finding their central air conditioning units destroyed, sans copper tubing and coils. They substitute aluminum but the unit's effective life is shortened... aluminum is more brittle over time. - - - The same issue arises in vehicle a/c systems recently.
ALSO, the Chinese were manufacturing copper plumbing pipe and marketing it competitively in the States, very popular in Fla 30 or so years ago. The copper was poor quality and sprung leaks; in the last 20 years much $$$$ spent replacing copper piping.
Some of the big fires out here have been started by switching those fuse apparatus with new ones that can be remotely re-set. A convenience when a squirrel pink mists on it, but a disaster if the line is cut/down and needs to stay off.

It communicates with MIL to direct air and ground activity.
It is a war theater command plane.
The true “Doomsday” plane is the E6.
It will go aloft in the event of a domestic strike (attempt or successful ‘decapitation event’).
It will carry C-in-C, JCoS and specific Generals and Admirals.
It will hoover all signals Worldwide, sort them and keep the “passengers” informed.
It is not a Command ‘pod’ like the E4B, but places essential military actors away from harm and provides an airborne “Situation Room”.
E6s “exercise” about once a month over the US.

I have wondered what those 'fuses' looked like when blown... Wow! I think you got off lucky with just a router and resetting a breaker.
We don't have surge protectors mounted with our transformers here. I suspect that if you had one - it is on that great transformer in the sky now ❗
A neighbor said he saw it happen and it was a bona fide explosion. You can see the soot on the “nail”.

That’s about what I have each day — four cups.
The automatic breakers and line reclosers (circuit breakers also really) are pretty sophisticated. They will not keep trying to close on a faulted circuit.
I didn’t work much with the ones out on the line but in the substations, the typical distribution circuit breaker would attempt to re-energize a circuit 4 times. If the 4th time failed, it would lock open until human intervention took place. In addition, there were high-setting relays that would lock the breaker open (tripped) if the fault current was above a set level, to avoid damaging things.
The timing for the tripping was “instantaneous (within half a second), about 2 or 3 seconds, 15 seconds, and 30 seconds. The purpose of the instantaneous breaker reclosing was based on the fact that 90% of all line faults are transient in nature. Also, if the fault is on a fused branch, that fuse would blow and the rest of the circuit would appreciate having their lights back on.
Today, the “smart grid” is much more sophisticated because not only does it have a multitude of breakers out on the lines, but they communicate and coordinate to isolate a smaller section of line while restoring the rest of the customers from other sources automatically, and within less than a half a minute. Something we used to spend an hour doing with a couple of linemen and substation operators. My utility uses fiber optics to run their smart grid and also used that fiber to offer phone, cable, and really fast internet to their customers.
