I’ve been convinced since they started the whole cholesterol is bad for you stuff that eggs are actually the most nutritious thing you can eat. The more they scream about them the more I believe it to be true.
I hard boil them...egg and olive sandwiches, use in my daily salad...along with chick peas, cheese,

I now try to buy eggs from pasture raised chickens, though.
