When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

I think the biggest draw to Alcatraz has nothing to do with the infrastructure or facilities. It is the name, its reputation, and its history as a symbol of bedlam and doom. No escape, along with the painful and everlasting view of freedom represented by the cityscape and San Francisco Bay. If they have a grand opening, they should have as the honored guest, Clint Eastwood; aka Frank Morris, the one man who supposedly escaped.
