An easy AI overview begs to clarify from a modern rabbit trail:“Prior to the Constitution, the Continental Congress adopted the Articles of War, which were largely based on the British Articles of War. This marked the beginning of a distinct military justice system in the fledgling nation. The Articles of War served as the primary legal framework for governing the conduct of the Continental Army, a crucial step in establishing order and discipline within the armed forces. “
AI will not help you when you have no clue what military law is.
Your absurd claim was this:
It may very well all come back to the indisputable leverage of Military Law, which by the grace of God, defends and protects the Constitution, and which, incidentally, by the grace of God, also preceded the Constitution.
Military law does not defend the Constitution. Try reading the UCMJ, or the Manual for Courts Martial. Military law governs the behavior of members of the military.
Try Wikipedia if necessary:
The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is the foundation of the system of military justice of the armed forces of the United States. The UCMJ was established by the United States Congress in accordance with their constitutional authority, per Article I Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, which provides that "The Congress shall have Power . . . to make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval forces" of the United States.History
On June 30, 1775, the Second Continental Congress established 69 Articles of War to govern the conduct of the Continental Army.
Just stop!
You got it. The stupid and the dementia are just too much.
Woody,
“Unlike the “NATO warrior under Reagan,” I was on active duty from LBJ to Reagan. I even had four years on NATO staff and know that NATO positions are all staff positions. All combat troops and tanks, war planes and ships belong to the member nations of NATO and not to NATO. A NATO “warrior” is one who gets his finger stuck between two desks coming together. “
Now you’re resolved to typing gibberish....and I’m the idiot.
The law is unconstitutional, and the treaty is unconstitutional, only treaties that do not contradict the constitution are the supreme law of the land, you would need to pass the higher bar of an amendment to make a treaty that contradicts the constitution the law of the land.
Get lost with your commie globalist garbage.
SCOTUS is wrong and treasonous.
They also issued Dred Scott, and Roe v. Wade among many other abominations.
SCOTUS is not the supreme branch of government and needs to be put in its place.

This is Nashville State Representative Aftyn Behn.
She just posted a 15-minute video of her and a friend stalking the Tennessee Highway Patrol as they carried out official duties—openly admitting they were trying to stall law enforcement from stopping illegal aliens.

FBI Director Kash Patel has quietly shuttered the bureau’s Office of Internal Auditing, a unit responsible for monitoring and improving compliance with surveillance laws. The office had been central to policing the FBI’s use of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), an unconstitutional wiretapping authority set to expire in April 2026 unless Congress acts.
According to a New York Times report quoting officials familiar with the matter, the move is part of a broader internal reorganization. The auditing unit’s responsibilities, along with those of the Office of Integrity and Compliance, have been folded into the Inspection Division, a department that typically investigates agent misconduct and shootings.
Cindy Hall, who led the auditing office, abruptly retired. While Congress was told her departure was voluntary, a former official briefed on the matter said she was forced out. Several of Hall’s planned hires were canceled due to a Trump administration hiring freeze, and existing staff have been reassigned.

And this conversation shows, the Legal Profession has usurped the bare words of the Constitution for their own manipulative purposes.
These snakes, in their most Pharisaical ways, have elevated court actions (precedent) and the Federal Registers to the status of a modern day Talmud; a pseudo-Talmud.
They will say it is for our ‘good’ and to fence off any violations of the Constitution.
All the while knowing that the Legal Profession has control.
Only new fences can be added to this legal pseudo-Talmud, none are to be taken away...only re-interpreted so as not to break the sanctity of the pseudo-Talmudic-text.
As we can all see, woodpusher is NOT arguing the bare words of the Constitution but case-history, historical precedent and modernist interpretations (e.g., weasel words).
My undergrad Law Professor had a great nickname that described lawyers like this...Humpty Dumpty Lawyers.
Because the law means what Lawyers say it means. Nothing more, nothing less.
And, as we see, the lawyers that get elevated to judges (of the people and their grievances) simply follow through with such inanity.
And if we don’t agree with the Legal Profession, we are -like nclaurel- found to be “stupid” and “demented”.
The lawyers of today act EXACTLY like the Pharisees of Jesus day.
I was looking @ the wrong pen.
That's the job of flush niacin.
It is. His lips aren't right (they change), the mouth shapes aren't right for some sounds, and the gestures are poorly timed.
Dont waste your time with woodpusher. I’ve dealt with him long enough to know by now that he suffers from severe mental illness and is very unhinged
Why the mods allow him to remain on this site we’ll never know.....
