Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 05/01/2025 Vol.507, Q Day 2742

Many come here to read dispatches from the War between Good and Evil, to red-pill and encourage.....and to pray and give thanks to the God who fights for us.

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

>Decide for yourself (be free from outside opinion).
>Decide for yourself (be objective in your conclusions).
>Decide for yourself (be true in your own beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be open to following the facts).
>Decide for yourself (be strong in defending your beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be resistant to blindly accepting fact-less statements).
>Decide for yourself (be free)
Those who attack you.
Those who mock you.
Those who cull you.
Those who control you.
Those who label you.
Do they represent you?
Or, do they represent themselves (in some form)?
Mental Enslavement.
The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.
WWG1WGA!!!

Q

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

Good thinking on moving the outdoor plants. Ditto on charging the devices. Never know when the power might go out. Good luck, and stay safe!

Well, it seems this line of storms moved to the north and south and we did not even get much rain. There may be something developing back to the west but I am not going to worry about it.

Looks like Greenburg got hit again!

We had sirens going off here in Frisco, TX. But thankfully it didn’t develop into a tornado.

Sec. 1158 - Asylum

8 U.S.C. § 1158

[Excerpts]

(a) Authority to apply for asylum (1) In general

Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien's status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.

[...]

(c) Asylum status (1) In general

In the case of an alien granted asylum under subsection (b), the Attorney General—

(A) shall not remove or return the alien to the alien's country of nationality or, in the case of a person having no nationality, the country of the alien's last habitual residence;

(B) shall authorize the alien to engage in employment in the United States and provide the alien with appropriate endorsement of that authorization; and

(C) may allow the alien to travel abroad with the prior consent of the Attorney General.

(2) Termination of asylum

Asylum granted under subsection (b) does not convey a right to remain permanently in the United States, and may be terminated if the Attorney General determines that—

(A) the alien no longer meets the conditions described in subsection (b)(1) owing to a fundamental change in circumstances;

(B) the alien meets a condition described in subsection (b)(2);

(C) the alien may be removed, pursuant to a bilateral or multilateral agreement, to a country (other than the country of the alien's nationality or, in the case of an alien having no nationality, the country of the alien's last habitual residence) in which the alien's life or freedom would not be threatened on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion, and where the alien is eligible to receive asylum or equivalent temporary protection;

(D) the alien has voluntarily availed himself or herself of the protection of the alien's country of nationality or, in the case of an alien having no nationality, the alien's country of last habitual residence, by returning to such country with permanent resident status or the reasonable possibility of obtaining such status with the same rights and obligations pertaining to other permanent residents of that country; or

(E) the alien has acquired a new nationality and enjoys the protection of the country of his or her new nationality.

(3) Removal when asylum is terminated

An alien described in paragraph (2) is subject to any applicable grounds of inadmissibility or deportability under section 1 1182(a) and 1227(a) of this title, and the alien's removal or return shall be directed by the Attorney General in accordance with sections 1229a and 1231 of this title.

[...]

(4) Notice of privilege of counsel and consequences of frivolous application

At the time of filing an application for asylum, the Attorney General shall—

(A) advise the alien of the privilege of being represented by counsel and of the consequences, under paragraph (6), of knowingly filing a frivolous application for asylum; and

(B) provide the alien a list of persons (updated not less often than quarterly) who have indicated their availability to represent aliens in asylum proceedings on a pro bono basis.

(5) Consideration of asylum applications (A) Procedures

The procedure established under paragraph (1) shall provide that—

(i) asylum cannot be granted until the identity of the applicant has been checked against all appropriate records or databases maintained by the Attorney General and by the Secretary of State, including the Automated Visa Lookout System, to determine any grounds on which the alien may be inadmissible to or deportable from the United States, or ineligible to apply for or be granted asylum;

(ii) in the absence of exceptional circumstances, the initial interview or hearing on the asylum application shall commence not later than 45 days after the date an application is filed;

(iii) in the absence of exceptional circumstances, final administrative adjudication of the asylum application, not including administrative appeal, shall be completed within 180 days after the date an application is filed;

(iv) any administrative appeal shall be filed within 30 days of a decision granting or denying asylum, or within 30 days of the completion of removal proceedings before an immigration judge under section 1229a of this title, whichever is later; and

(v) in the case of an applicant for asylum who fails without prior authorization or in the absence of exceptional circumstances to appear for an interview or hearing, including a hearing under section 1229a of this title, the application may be dismissed or the applicant may be otherwise sanctioned for such failure.

These things can change course so fast . . . Ours too have (so far, anyway) pretty much stayed to the north and northwest parts of the state.

Let’s all keep fingers crossed that the forecasts of doom for tomorrow by the TV weather people also turn out to be less than predicted.

In running for election, Trump asserted he would remove all of the illegal aliens, estimated at 10 to 20 million, perhaps more. Removal requires due process and I would assess that 10 or 20 million hearings, even of relatively short duration, is a logistical impossibility within the duration of his term of office.

To actually remove aliens, the fastest and most efficient way would be to add immigration judges and comply with the law. It would remove the greatest amount possible without a change of the applicable law, but would likely involve an admission at some point that he promised what neither he, nor anyone else, could deliver.

Or one may bait the courts, i.e., enter into unlawful removal actions with deliberate failure to provide due process, and entice the courts to intervene to stop the illegal process. Then the failure to perform the impossible can be blamed on the Judicial branch.

Plane flew for 10 minutes with no one at the controls after co-pilot fainted

Two hundred passengers were on board at the time, report says

https://www.the-independent.com/travel/news-and-advice/lufthansa-flight-pilot-fainted-b2753036.html

Excerpt:

A Lufthansa flight to Spain flew with no one at the wheel for 10 minutes after the co-pilot lost consciousness while alone in the cockpit, according to a report from German news agency dpa.

The incident occurred on a flight from Frankfurt to Seville on February 17, 2024.

While the 43-year-old captain was using the restroom, the 38-year-old co-pilot of the Airbus A321 fainted.

That left the aircraft, which carried 199 passengers and six crew members, without anyone at the controls for approximately 10 minutes, dpa said.

The news agency cited a report from the Spanish accident investigation authority CIAIAC as the source of the information.

The pilot said his co-pilot seemed “able and alert” when he left the cockpit with about 30 minutes remaining in the flight.

To actually remove aliens, the fastest and most efficient way would be to ....blah blah blah

No, just make things so tough and uncomfortable they will up and leave on their own. ICE will crack down on business that try to give them jobs, driver licenses revoked and SS and free health care taken away. Their lives can be made in living HELL and no laws are challenged. USA cant afford to keep these moochers so.

They can stay, but cant work, they can stay but get NO gov. bennies no checks, no EBT, can’t drive and most who dont leave will end up in jail for stealing and breaking other laws like trying to vote in our elections.

These people will be leaving in droves soon enough.

thanks for that. Seems these haven't changed much recently.

looking @ U.S. Code § 1158 - Asylum https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1158

looks like there is still a 1 year time limit from date of the alien’s arrival in the United States to apply for asylum

and there are still exceptions.

2)Exceptions
(A)Safe third country
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to an alien if the Attorney General determines that the alien may be removed, pursuant to a bilateral or multilateral agreement, to a country...

and this:
(3)Limitation on judicial review
No court shall have jurisdiction to review any determination of the Attorney General under paragraph (2).

We just didn't and still don't seem to be following the law as written.

The FDA has known since 1964 that DMSO could treat “incurable” conditions like blindness and tinnitus.

Instead of embracing it—they banned it. And buried the evidence for decades.

Now, people across the country are rediscovering DMSO—and the results are absolutely jaw-dropping.

This is the powerful, natural healing breakthrough Big Pharma tried to erase from history.

Just use the laws passed by Clinton and Obama. Simple. Clinton did it with the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA) and Obama did it with the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
