I found a few articles saying Costaines had other charges stemming from his posession of unregistered weapons and controlled substances. I do wish Loomer would look a iittle further before issuing her decrees. So he's released on J6 charges but someone has to address the other charges.

What does that even mean, registered to him? I never had to "register" a firearm. Can't imagine it would be constitutional to require such a thing.
They’ve already taken in tens of millions from their bribes, if not hundreds. How much money do people need to live a comfortable life until the age of 90 (presumed age of death)? For crying out loud, every one of them in the bloodline already has enough to live three lifetimes so it’s hard to feel sorry for them and I don’t believe this headline.

I think the main point about all this is the fact that Bondi talked to a stranger about this (BAD OPSEC!), not the fact that there have been no arrests.

California has fussy gun laws - even owning a trigger lock is a requirement as is how the weapon is stored.

Personally, I hoped not quite all defendants from Jan 6 would be released because I suspect one or more could be insider agitators/paid rioters.
I don't know if this man is actually guilty of unregistered weapons, but they did charge him with it and Trump Admin has to address it. If they leave him in, then it's possibly stonewalling over legal issues or perhaps he really is guilty of the charges, and he may even be someone of interest serving the black hats that the DOJ is not in a rush to release. But I suspect, yet do not know, that he has been cleared of J6 charges per Trump's order.

When Trump left office, at times it seemed like Flynn was running for office. This article in substack reads like he's running for 2028 as an improvement over Trump's innaction. Only, I don't believe Trump is innactive and I don't believe Trump is failing to supervise his cabinet.
A friend of mine used to complain about another friend of ours. She was in financial peril and the complainer said the one in peril had 'plenty of money' and just mismanaged it. I pointed out we had never had the kind of information we'd need to know if that statement was true. We didn't know her debts, what kind of support she gave to her aging parents etc. My friend would quiz me in return and if I did not know something, she considered she made her point and I must concede that our mutual friend just needed to manager her funds better. I believe we would have to actually know something about the friend's debts and expenditures.
The same thing happens with the war in the Capital. We don't know what's going on, but there are plenty of people on the sidelines certain they know the obvious solutions to solve the problems - just put THEM in office and they'd show us. I don't believe the armchair quarterbacks. There was always more going on that meets the eye during Trump's first term. The news was never abuzz with FBI firings.

I'm disappointed in Flynn. It's far too easy to join the arm-chair chorus. As Trump and Co. unwind the snake wrapped around D.C., the arm chair quarterbacks can sit complaining, and wait until admin's efforts becomes public, then claim action occurred because of their complaints.
I am not surprised; I wonder where that man was from. Thankfully OR still good on gun laws.

These 'stunts' wherein members of Congress or the mayor face arrest(s) make me think these people have 'flesh in the game.' Some of the detainees probably worked for the mayor or members of Congress and the officials are outwardly displaying devotion to setting them free. I think it's almost comms to the detained, 'Don't worry, I'll get you out. You don't have to give them information (on us) to get yourself out because I'll make it happen!'
I thought the same thing when I saw that picture of Hollen in El Salvador, staring lovingly at the detained as if convincing him of his devotion to rescuing him (i.e., don't talk! I'll save you) or the official (was it a sheriff) and his wife arrested for harboring a TdA gang member. They are saying, "You're like family! We won't let them get you. Don't betray your family!"
Registered? Probly doesn’t apply to this guy unless he bought the pistols in Hawaii. The Hawaiians do, indeed, have a registration system for handguns, either bought there or brought in by ones self. They register them just like cars and you get a reg. form for each one. Then if you sell one, you and the buyer have to show up at the police station to do a transfer.
I’ve never run across another state that does that, tho. Notably, if one moves out of state with a registered gun, sells it to someone who might go there, the new guy had better have a sales receipt or the Hawaiians will treat it as stolen. All good to know if you’re going to Hawaii.
In the rest of the states when one buys a firearm from a licensed dealer it is indeed “registered” to he/she/it. But that registration stays with the dealer, not a state. If this guy can’t show original purchase then he would be obligated to show a legitimate purchase from another person. That could slow him down if he was buying guns in a parking lot? Some folks want guns to be un-traceable but that could get problematic in cases like this——because they’re not.
