A 16 piece meal at KFC is over $55. How can a bucket of chicken be over $50 dollars… Everything on this menu is so expensive
Who is buying this, who can afford this? People on EBT?

The inflation you see is down to Biden’s days
Trump may get some blame as he is in office but he’s been in office only a few months
Inflation takes time to show up. It’s like a timebomb.
Some KFCs offer the 16-piece chicken bucket for around $35.
Grubhub lists a 12-piece chicken meal for $57.59.
KFC offers buckets with tenders and sides, such as the Original Recipe
chicken tenders w/ sides, biscuits, and dipping sauces, priced at $47.99.
Dunk It Bucket costs $7 for a single serving and $25
for a double serving that they say feeds four people.
The dollar has been declining. At the same time millions of chickens were destroyed. So KFC probably pays more per bird?
McD’s Filet-O-Fish is Trump’s fave.
Make it yourself.

“Beef prices are terrible and have been for years”
Choice grade steaks go on sale every few weeks for $8 a pound in family packs, Vacuum sealer time! Occasionally some steaks looking closer to Prime sneak through as choice. Beef shank which comes out really nice in an Insta Pot is often $5 a pound. Tri tip occasional gets to $5 a pound. I never buy beef at regular price.
Walmart occasionally has day-after rotisserie chickens on clearance for $2.02.
Walmart occasionally has day-after rotisserie chickens on clearance for $2.02.
Japan is cheap as heck right now. Fed 6 people lunch today with desert for $80.
It’s our overspending.
I despised Biden but can we face facts? The deficit was 1.7 TRILLION under him in 2023. This admin is set to reach Almost TWO TRILLION this year, 2025.
If Trump does not get a handle on our deficit , we will get destroyed in 2028 if not in 2026. DOGE is great but it’s not enough, someone is going to have to cut budgets.
Why because pumping all this money into the economy is making $55 dollar buckets of KFC chicken.
Just say no to KFC, although I have been wanting to try their Chicken Pot Pie.
Having said that try Popeyes instead. In their app I can get there 2 can dine for $14, 5 pieces chicken, 2 small sides and 2 biscuits. Or for $27, 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. So double that and you are a couple dollars cheaper than KFC and get 4 more pieces of chicken and 2 more biscuits.

And 1.8 in 2024. COB estimates 1.9 in 2025 which I doubt includes what DODGE is finding. Next year should yield some decent cuts to Fed. payrolls. Currently payrolls is 5% of Fed spending.
I think this is referring to the “meal” consisting of 16-piece fried chicken combo with 4 large sides and 8 biscuits.
That’s what I see on the on the menu at the KFC near me for $50.
Even with the “large” sides and biscuits that’s about $20 more than it should be IMO.
So two would only be $22, way cheaper AND BETTER! than KFC, although I haven't had KFC in over 10 years.
Whoever eats 16 pieces of KFC in a meal is going to die.
Yeah you have a good understanding not so many people do.
Trump and GOP will get the blame for the next wave of inflation
Even if we have little to do with it voters will blame the guy in office
I’m not anti-Trump at all but feel he needs to do more.
It includes two or three large sides and biscuits. Can feed 4-5. So it isn’t horribly expensive. And KFC taste great.
My wife and I plan to enjoy a steak dinner after Church today. We will probably split one dinner for three reasons: economy, economy, and economy.
