An Open Letter to Judge Boasberg
4-17-25 | butterdezillion

Posted on 04/17/2025 2:42:43 PM PDT by butterdezillion

Judge Boasberg has said he will pursue contempt charges for those who did not follow his unconstitutional verbal order to turn around a planeload of deportees en route to El Salvador. He wrote a long rant basically saying that even unlawful orders have to be obeyed until they are ruled to be unlawful. Here is my open letter to him (only published here but if somebody could help me get it to him I would appreciate the help):

An appeals court just issued an order forbidding you from eating, drinking, pooping, peeing, farting, burping, or breathing until you have in your hand written permission from them to do any individual instance of any of those actions. Are you guilty of contempt if you take a breath before that order can be heard by a higher-level appeals court and ruled unconstitutional?

Using your own logic, you would be - because even unlawful orders have to be obeyed until they are ruled to be unlawful. What your logic fails to consider is that the protection of the law goes both ways - both to insure that judges are able to have lawful orders obeyed AND to insure that judges are NOT able to control other people through unlawful orders - which is called “punishing through the process.” Your reasoning would allow a judge to order a plaintiff to commit suicide within the next 10 minutes and then punish him with imprisonment if he showed contempt for your unlawful order.

In what kind of nation does a judge have that kind of power, and what kind of judge would even claim to have that kind of power?

You, sir, are being charged with perjury and obstruction of justice for deliberately lying in court records regarding how you were “assigned” this case.

You are also being charged with reckless endangerment for ordering a plane in mid-flight to turn around when doing so without adequate fuel, arrangements, etc could have brought down the entire plane and any others on its new route.

You are also being charged with giving air control orders without a license.

You are enjoined from eating, drinking, peeing, pooping, coughing, burping, or breathing until you have written consent from the court to do any single instance of any of those actions.

Welcome to the hell of your own making.

Sincerely, Butterdezillion

I just forwarded this to the judges chambers. Let me know what you hear.

Tempting but no....

I want to see the people that we elected to fulfill their constitutional authority and remove these rogue judges, or disband the entire court that they sit on.
But, alas, they refuse to even take the first steps.
Spineless, ball less, bastards and bitches.. the whole lot of them

I can’t really argue with anything you said there.

There is a possibility that they are taking the first steps without our knowledge though. It takes a lot of dotted i’s and crossed t’s before a prosecution is ready to go forward. That’s why I suggest the perjury in his court filings; they would be pretty straightforward to prove. On the live chat he apologized for his casual attire because he was on vacation when called up. He was NOT on call to take emergency cases. Somebody else was, and yet he ended up “assigned” to it.

I just realized I replied to you as if you were talking about the DOJ. But you were referring to the Congress-critters. And your assessment is mostly true, although some of it may be because they know that the Murkowskis, Collinses, and Grahams will never let them get anything done. The House did pass a bill to say that district court judges are not allowed to issue nationwide injunctions. That issue is supposed to come up before SCOTUS in June, I think. We need to be praying and doing anything we can to let those clowns know that we are mad as Hell and we are not going to take it any more.

Oh no. He’s going to order me to commit suicide or else he’ll throw me in jail for rightly holding him and his lawless orders in contempt.

Does anybody have any in’s with polling companies? They should be having polls to see what America thinks of these judges and their rulings. The leftists always use polls to try to feign grassroots support of something they want done, but why can’t we do something to force it into the public consciousness that there are a whole heckuva lot of us who rightly have NOTHING BUT CONTEMPT for this lawless lawfare.

The house is the house.
The senate is the senate.
2 separate bodies.
Let the one body do it’s job without worrying about what the other body does.
And the other body cannot do anything at all until the first body does it’s job.

The House did pass that law. Now we’ll see what the Senate does. Do we trust Thune to even bring it up for a vote?

You posted a lot of stuff when the reality of what we are dealing with is an attempt from within to destroy our legal system and ultimately our nation by undermining our respect for and adherence to judicial rulings.

I disagree.

What we are dealing with is an attempt from the lowest levels of the federal judiciary to undermine the Constitutional authority of the President and the Supreme Court.

Activist District Court judges are usurping the authority of the President to issue orders demanding policy implementations of the left, and are usurping the authority of the Supreme Court by making those orders apply nationwide as if the word "district" appears nowhere in their job description.

It's a judicial coup d'etat. It's the equivalent of the majors and colonels overthrowing the commanding generals to take over the country.

I agree that if you never try because it can’t be done, it never will be done. The issue for each of us is whether we are faithful in what we are given, in what we have control over.

We do our part but it almost always requires somebody else to also be faithful in their area of influence. This is where prayer makes a huge difference, because the One who is able to keep us strong in our area of influence is the same One who is able to make others strong for their area of influence. And if He is intervening for us, He can coordinate and make things happen.

For a long time I prayed that whistleblowers would arise to expose the crimes involved in Obama’s documentation issues. That was the only way we were going to have proof because the official database and even official certified copies of vital records were very blatantly forged. You can’t imagine what it meant to me when I found out that Dennis Montgomery had decided to come clean about his contract with James Clapper and John Brennan, to alter the Hawaii DOH database. What hit me between the eyeballs was that the reason he came clean was because he found out he had an aneurysm and could die at any moment. He wanted to come clean before it was too late. I was reminded that God still has the power of life and death, and was working in the lives of people I didn’t even know, to accomplish His good purposes. He was able to even make a swindler and crook turn around and be faithful to God’s plans. That isn’t just stuff from the Bible era; it is happening today too, every day.

Last year God again intervened with His power of life and death, when a Deep State bullet that should have been a surefire hit came 1/4” from killing candidate Donald Trump, because Trump moved his head slightly at the last moment. God saved him for a reason, and he has actually become very public about his belief that God saved him for a reason.

We need to pray deeply for the US Senate members, and we need to give them a kick in the pants too, and we also need to remind them that their job is to be faithful in what they are given, and let God coordinate how to get all the cogs to do what they need to for His purposes.

When Jesus said that it is harder for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God than for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, His disciples asked how, then, it could ever happen. Jesus answered, “With men it is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” We’ve watched a rich man not only be saved from almost-certain death in front of the whole country but we’ve also watched him come around to praise and trust in the One who saved him. With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.

Those who say “It can’t be done” ignore that very, very central truth. It is time for those who have lost their faith to change their minds. When that happens GOD will heal our land.

Thank you.
This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear today.
It’s very difficult to let go and to just let God work.
We all have our parts to play.
Thank you.

I need to thank you, because that is what I needed to hear today too. I confess that I have been down, and it’s because I’ve been looking at the wind and ves all around me realizing I can’t swim - rather than looking at the One who this very hour (in Israel time, at least) not quite 2000 years ago willingly did the impossible and suffered unimaginable pain to give us forgiveness, life, and hope.

So thank you. God knew I needed you today and He put you where you were needed. And you were faithful. That’s how it works.

”It’s a judicial coup d’etat. It’s the equivalent of the majors and colonels overthrowing the commanding generals to take over the country.”

Article IV, Section 4 tell all of us that lifetime appointed judges have no place at the table as far as representing the will of the people. The judicial branch can’t take over anything. They can destroy themselves and ultimately this nation by doing so unless put back in it’s proper role. The Constitution, via Article IV, Section 4, is the club to beat them with. Our GUARANTEED right to a “Republican” form of government is being denied to us. Those doing this must pay a price.
