This is like the police patrolling the area around Ohio University to test and enforce the minimum blood alcohol levels. If you come in too low you could be arrested and have to spend time in the sober tank until you drink enough to be let back out.

I don’t think the headline and story was worded correctly. I suspect that semi-autos would have a limit of 30 round clips.

Hmm. Guess I’ve dawdled long enough over building that HK21 parts kit into a semi-auto. In the meantime I have a few 30-rounders for my FAL, so’s I can stay legal.

We live in Maryland. (Hey, I need a job). The insane asylum they call a legislature just broke up for the year. They spent all their time raising taxes and didn’t get around to infringing our 2A rights this year.

“At publishing time, Texas lawmakers had introduced another bill that, if passed, would make it mandatory for gun carriers to yell “Yee Haw!” every time they fire their weapons.”
Requiring large capacity makes sense considering the horrific people Biden has brought into the country, but yelling “Yee Haw” before shooting will make it more difficult to get off a clean shot.

Betcha the stores in Kansas and Wyoming are gearing up for 30 round magazine sales. New Mexico is trying to go the anti-gun route. Some rifles use the 30 round AR-15 magazine to hold ten of a different caliber.
I have always wondered that if Indian Reservations can legally build casinos in violation of state laws, why cannot those same Reservations open up gun stores to sell 20 round rifles to the Citizens outside the Reservation. Somehow I see a reversal from the 1800s as fair play!
