This is like the police patrolling the area around Ohio University to test and enforce the minimum blood alcohol levels. If you come in too low you could be arrested and have to spend time in the sober tank until you drink enough to be let back out.

I suspect that semi-autos would have a limit of 30 round clips.The headline never mentioned the word clip. Many semi rifles can operate with a drum that can hold more than 30 rounds.
