Tesla is officially in the Left’s crosshairs—and it’s going to get a lot uglier before it gets better. When progressive extremists find a cause to beat into the ground, they’re like a dog with a bone.
At this point, left-wing radicals have moved beyond your basic, run-of-the-mill censorship and soft boycotts. They’re now openly organizing campaigns of harassment, intimidation, and economic sabotage—and they’re targeting you, the American consumer. Because if you dare to buy the wrong car, vote the wrong way, or support the wrong platform, you’re fair game.
And they’ll come after you—tearing you apart, limb by limb.
Case in point: the “Tesla Takedown.”
Dem lawfare kingpin Marc Elias is now connected to a coordinated campaign targeting Tesla owners and Musk supporters. Just looking at it, it may appear like any other left-wing protest effort. But if you peel back a few layers, it starts to look like something much darker.

It’s an 18 USC 241 Conspiracy to Threaten and Intimidate Americans exercising their right to freely travel in public and engage in commerce.
I've been saying for a couple weeks that the RICO statutes can nail all these bastards from Elias down to the foot soldiers lying on the showroom floor. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, can include "conspiracy against rights" under its broad scope, depending on the specific circumstances. RICO, codified under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968, was originally designed to combat organized crime but has since been applied to a wide range of criminal activities. It targets patterns of racketeering activity, which are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 1961(1) as including various predicate offenses.
One relevant predicate offense that could connect to "conspiracy against rights" is a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 241, which is explicitly listed under RICO. Section 241 makes it a federal crime for two or more persons to "conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person" in the exercise of their constitutional or legal rights. This statute directly addresses conspiracies against rights, such as those protected under the U.S. Constitution (e.g., free speech, voting, or equal protection). If such a conspiracy involves a pattern of activity (at least two acts within a 10-year period) and is tied to an enterprise affecting interstate commerce, it could fall under RICO’s jurisdiction.
Roll the whole damn network up under RICO Section 241!
18 USC 242 Should really be used against every Gun Grabber and agency who wants to subvert the 2nd amendment.
it sounds like an easy slam dunk.

I am not an attorney. But I can offer a reason why 18 USC 242 is irrelevant.
We do not have a trustworthy FBI or Justice Department that can or will make such cases.
It will require major purges within the FBI before that organization can be trusted to follow executive directions from the Trump administrations. That is, even if reform of the FBI is possible. It may not be possible, in which case, the entire agency must be replaced with something else. Or maybe nothing else.
As presently composed, the FBI is filled with people who are overtly insubordinate to a Republican President and will not effectively work cases against Democrat-sponsored terrorist groups. They certainly will not work cases against Democrats who are obstructing the Second Amendment. In my opinion, an absolute majority of the 10,000 Special Agents in the FBI are strongly opposed to private citizens possessing or using firearms.
The Constitution is simply not important to police forces. Neither are Federal or State laws. What is important is following orders from their bosses. That is where these problems must be solved.
BTW, it is clear to me that almost all Democrat politicians, and a great many Republican politicians are opposed to private citizens possessing or using firearms. That is where the unacceptable directions to police forces originate.
Troll somewhere else.
Tell Trump, not us.
And Don Jr and someone high in justice department
