“we would immediately blow the 3 Gorges Dam completely?”

The precursor for our pharmaceuticals are manufactured below the Three Gorges Dam.

While China is faking their population numbers, the idea that the covid death rate was magnitudes higher in China is nonsense.

This is most likely gibberish.

China has 1.6B cell phone numbers in use

I'm seeing similar data at other links. Some people have 2 numbers (office/work and home, and so forth); some amount of children and very elderly/disabled folks would have none. So a population of around 1.4B is credible with this data, but 300M is not sane.

There were reports of an anomalous drop of around 20M cell phone users when COVID hit China which makes a lot more sense to me than either the official government stats that claimed hardly any deaths, and the extreme exaggerations in the other direction here in this OP.

Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong Resemble Ghost Cities, With Millions of Beggars Disappearing
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umkfdDzdprc

China may now have less than 750 million people.

There are no people in large cities like Beijing & Shanghai; there are no people in the smaller cites; there are no people in the countryside were many homes sit abandoned.

This video also point to COVID as the culprit. The CCP maintains the official numbers unchanged in order to keep its power & prevent social unrest.

There are even reports that Xi Jinping is acting strangely.

Totally destroying 7 cities and killing an estimated 430 million people. Naturally, China would respond with every nuclear weapon at their disposal. Therefore by blowing the dam, you are arguing for the start of a nuclear war? Are you insane or just ignorant?

Those people didn’t die from Covid.

In a relatively clean environment that is true, but people in China live in the filthiest environment imaginable. If its not the massive airborne pollution from industries without environmental safeguards, its the chemically made food, or its the constant sound of loogies being hawked and spat out everywhere, or its the expensive price of medical treatment and the high bribes needed to get decent care, or its the lack of jobs for millions and millions, or its the high prices for just about everything, it is quite believable that Covid did kill them.

There are no social services in China, there is no medicare, no medicaid. You can only get the care you need, if you can afford to pay the brides. Many, many resort to traditional Chinese medicine as the remedies are much cheaper and no bribes are needed.

The question is;

Did they die of the virus or the mandated treatments and mitigation efforts.

I remember initial reporting on a large drop in number of cell phone subscribers in China in 2020. I haven’t seen any follow up on that metric.

Yeah, that story just vanished in a cloud of "anyone saying the virus came from China is a racist, why, they haven't even had any casualties!" that I was hearing on Reddit.

Covid is no more severe than other respiratory illnesses. Deaths didn't surge until after people were vaccinated for C19. China was home to devastating versions of swine flu and these living conditions they face have been in place for quite some time.

China used ‘Covid’ as an excuse to cull it’s population. They went into cities and villages and in some cases, nailed the doors shut and walled off areas. Residents could be heard calling out, “We’re not sick! We have no food or water!” Certain members of the CCP were ‘selected’ and declared infected, hauled off and quickly ‘died’ from Covid even though they were not sick. But the sheer scale of this is horrible - I’m wondering if their own ‘vaccine’ was worse than ours. They could give ‘bad lots’ of China’s C19 vaccine to ethnicities or regions not deemed loyal to the CCP.

I was in Guangzhou last May and the formerly (pre-COVID) very busy Baiyun airport was empty - certainly very few foreign visitors or flights and most of those from the Middle East and India. Many Western businesses have already given up on China.

There were still decent numbers of people on the streets and in the malls, though. It didn't look as dead as recent YouTube videos from Beijing and Shanghai would suggest. But who can say what has been happening in the rural areas? Vast numbers of aging male farmers with three teeth each aren't particularly useful to the CPC - and could be disappearing at an accelerated rate.

Not advocating for doing it; would the credible threat of it absolutely being done restrain the Chicons from ever attempting forced reunification of Taiwan? There is much in this world that is insane yet passes for sane in the name of greater good.
Is mutual assured destruction sane? Yet has it not kept the peace? Think deeper about it

Likely deliberately.
Make them in Puerto Rico (again) and Pronto. As in moon landing or Manhattan project race urgency. And never mistakenly misguidedly offsource that again.

25 years ago I read a fascinating book bya consultant for businesses manufacturing in China.

Lots of information on why one should not purchase the dollar store cleaning products etc.

Biggest thing he said was that he had been all over China and doubted that they had a billions ans billions population. It wasn’t that crowded for a small country.

He thought that the Chinese cultural psyche could never not be best or most. Therefore the overinflated stats

How serious are we about preventing forced reunification?
Who else would dependably do it?
Would the CCP call our bluff and see it happen?
We firebombed Dresden, Tokyo, etc. We nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We would have kept going as supplies of missiles material allowed until Japan surrendered or there was nothing left worth wasting incredibly valuable atomic bombs on. What good was sanity if it falls short of our policy goals?

The thing is though that in these videos all the people are commenting on how much less crowded their cities are, but no one wonders about where Tom went, or what happened to Brenda, or what happened to the guy who worked at the pizza joint.

I would think that if a lot of people disappeared in the city where I work I’d start wondering why I never see so many specific acquaintances anymore.

Very interesting, that supports these video claims somewhat.
