When a Kansas child complained to the babysitter of a monster under the bed, she wanted to prove to the child no one was there.
But there was.
...
Barton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were sent to a home near Great Bend at about 10:30 p.m. Monday ...
“Upon arrival the deputies contacted the victim who stated she was babysitting children at the residence. When putting the children to bed, one child complained there was a ‘monster’ under their bed,” ..
“When the victim attempted to show the child there was nothing under the bed, she came face-to-face with a male suspect who was hiding there,”
An altercation ensued with the babysitter and one child was knocked over in the struggle,
The suspect ran away from the house and was gone by the time deputies responded.
The babysitter told deputies that the man she saw once lived at the house.
According to her, there was an order of protection that barred him from the house.
A search that night did not find the suspect, but deputies were more successful the next morning when they returned to the area of the incident, where the suspect was spotted.
The post said the suspect “attempted to flee from law enforcement. After a short foot pursuit, the suspect was captured.”
Martin Villalobos Jr., 27, was charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, child endangerment, felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer and violation of a protection from abuse order.
Villalobos was being held in Barton County Jail lieu of a $500,000 bond.
...
Court records indicated Villalobos has charges pending against him of criminal threat and domestic battery for an incident that took place on Jan. 31..
He was charged with violating a protection order on Feb. 22.

Wow! That story could have been much much worse.
Martin “Town Wolf.” Fitting name.
No relation to Juan Sanchez Villalobos Ramirez, I hope.
I honestly would not shed a tear if this guy Villabos was hung by his balls and gutted in public.
This is someone you could have shot.
I KNEW there were monsters under the bed. This proves it!
From here on out, no more bed frames. Mattress, box spring directly on the floor.
And here is a picture of martin. I wonder if he is legal. Such a vile slob.
Following his trial, conviction, and sentencing, something very bad, but deserved, should happen to Martin Villalobos Jr.
Reminds me of a story of a woman who lived alone in a gated community.
Every now and then when coming home from work, she noticed some of her personal things having been moved or outright missing.
One day she had a male friend visiting over when he unexpectedly grabbed her and dragged her outside her home. Outside, he called for the police on his phone. What he saw from his vantage point and she didn’t was someone hiding under her bed.
The police went inside and grabbed the intruder. It turned out to be one of the security guards of the gated community. He was the one coming in her place with a copy of her key while she was away at work or wherever and stealing her stuff.
He wasn’t hiding because they happened to accidentally walk in on him while he was there. By his own admission, this time around he stayed in wait for her to come home so that he could rape her. But she unexpectedly walked in with her male friend who just happened to see him hiding.
One of Xiao Bai Din’s long-term guests?
Remember the BTRK guy?
Dennis Rader, as serial killer who murdered 10 people in Kansas between 1974 and 1991. He was known for sending taunting letters to police and media outlets detailing his crimes.
What, you don’t need underbed storage? Without it I’d need a second attic!
Yep, I remember him. He would break into a house and lay in wait for the lady of the house to come home. Sometime he would choose a closet to hide in, taking the clothes and jackets off the rack and piling them on the closet floor so that he’d have something to sit on while he waited.
I’m glad the babysitter took the child’s concerns seriously.
yeah, that is a monster isn’t it?
I used to tell my kids that there was no boogie man under their beds as even the boogie man has standards!
