I guess he wanted a plastic bag placed over his head and sealed. What could go wrong?

She also allegedly glued boots to his feet, which
a court document indicates was done at his request.

Go figure this out.

There was a case years ago in MA where a guy died during an S&M session and IIRC, the court seemed willing to let the woman go because it was consensual/accidental — but because the woman took a chainsaw and dismembered the guy in an attempt to conceal the “accident”, the court eventually decided that she needed jail time.

I don’t know why I’m bothering to comment on this one. Sounds both depraved and tragic.
The first phrase that comes to mind is “play stupid games, win stupid prizes”.

The libertarian in me wants to try not to judge. These people, as morally derelict as they were, weren’t trying to hurt anyone. The victim appears to have been asking for everything that he got, except for the negligence that ensued.

This woman may or may not be guilty of murder, but the guy who put the bag on his head has won a Darwin Award for removing himself from the gene pool.

As more Americans embrace neo pagan, hedonistic decadence, the citations associated with Darwin awards are certainly becoming more interesting.

H3 couldn’t have chewed a hole in the bag when he realized he was running out of air?

No one cares that the guy died.
The question is: Did she get the number of “clicks” she was after?
