I’ve heard AC/DC and the Wiggles both do the same song live😄
OK, who here, on this thread, got free tickets cause they worked at a radio station ?
“I’ve heard AC/DC and the Wiggles both do the same song live”
Yeah. The Wiggles version of Big Balls rocks.
If it was Highway to Hell, we probably would have heard about the controversy.

Camper I saw a number of times in Eugene bars. Some guys I lived with opened for them, as The Bel-Airs
Yeah, Natalie could sing. The dancing was nice, too. I risked some hearing damage at that concert. W. O. W. Hall, Eugene, OR.
Husker Du we drove to Portland to see. Good times.
The Replacements and R. E. M. played the EMU Ballroom at the UofO. Great shows. The Violent Femmes were set up on a stage made of folding tables, and were getting jostled around pretty good. Gordon was begging people to leave, after a bottle got winged at his head.

Joe Jackson is still very much alive and still touring. If you get the chance, you should catch his show. He's a musician's musician.
Having seen Pink Floyd a few times, I think I'd see David Gilmour again, if he was touring. But I wouldn't get up out of a puddle of cold vomit to see Roger Waters. He's an asshole's asshole.
Reminded me....
Porcupine Tree, opening act Robert Fripp.
Less impressive, Asia. Though a very good Carl Palmer drum solo.
Adrian Belew.

I *loved* them when I was ... much younger. “The Association’s Greatest Hits” is still one of my feel-good albums.
“Porcupine Tree”
Excellent band. Nice!
Had a buddy who died of cancer recently. We spent some time in his room in his last days watching Gilmore Live in Gdansk. It was a good day.
Boston, Van Halen, U2, Rolling Stones, Blind Melon, U2,Primus, Eric Clapton, Elton John (at a show he later said was the lowest point of his life), The Kinks, Wilco, Cold Play, Pearl Jam, Peter Gabriel, Peter Frampton, The Human League, Natalie Merchant, The Who, Depeche Mode, Porcupine Tree, Dead & Company, Cracker, Cheryl Crow, Genesis, Paul McCartney
Thanks Stanne. I have posted 3 times and I keep thinking of more. I still go to shows a few times a year but not as many as before the covid shut down. I regret never seeing the Stones, the Who and Frank Sinatra among others. I’ve seen some cool shows though. If I could go back in a time machine I would love to see Van Halen circa ‘81 or Stevie Ray Vaughan who I saw in 86, 87 and ‘90 a few months before he was killed. That guy had something special. Was up close every time I saw him which was incredible. First time was before he went to rehab and I don’t think I closed my mouth from my jaw hitting the floor for the first 4 songs. No youtube and he wasn’t on MTV so this was my first time seeing him play. Blew me away. To watch him and Edward VH play their instruments 5 or 10 feet away was mind blowing and I will never forget it.
Oh and I forgot Blackberry Smoke who is an incredible band. Proud to say Ive never been to a hip hop or rap show
