I think it probably gets shaved off on the early side more than the late. Young men fight in war, drive like idiots, tip cows, do parkour, adventure sports, fight each other. Doesn’t take a lot of guys dying at 18 to change the back end number.
Women also get protection from heart and other problems during their childbearing years. They don’t build up iron during those years.
I thought that menstruation got rid of fibrin, which tends to accumulate.
One can supplement with nattokinase to break down fibrin.

Draw a line through healthy habits. It isn’t habitual behavior it’s all about biology. Biology is what leads men to do random stupid things like shooting their mouths off at other men who are much bigger or more well armed, or jumping off a cliff on a dare. Testosterone is entirely biological.
Because they GIVE BIRTH! period.
And another thing: life expectancy is different from life span. Life expectancy is a statistic which is based on average life spans. My life expectancy was 72 years when I was born but now my life expectancy is at least 79 years and I am not even 72 yet. I expect to live into my 90’s. I am bold enough to call them my 90’s even though I don’t have them yet. I have successfully avoided a lot of violent situations and stupid impulses and I don’t have any major health issues and that is entirely biology.
That’s an astute observation. There is empirical evidence that women who marry women have shorter lifespans. Usually only one of them.

I consider it one of my duties to make my husband happy. And I am honored to have opportunities to do so.
So what? My father died from. a nice quick heart attack sitting in his easy chair at home. Sure, my mother lived six years longer but after suffering a stroke, spending time in the hospital, and then three years in a nursing home,bed ridden. So if you believe in the afterlife which way would you choose?
