And as if raising $20k in two weeks is not hard enough, what I'm about to ask sounds crazy and even unreasonable.

Please use paypal or mail-in checks ONLY for the time being. Please DO NOT use our credit card program. It's in test mode and will not work at this time. We hope to have it ready to go within a week or so. We can only pray that it's not too late.

We are very sorry about this inconvenience, however, we have to get this work done. Our system has been abused by fraudulent credit card testers using bots to process hundreds of fraudulent entries. We are working to make our system bot-proof so that we can get our merchant account approved again.

And, unfortunately, this delay has caused our FReepathon to fall even further behind and it's going to be very hard to get caught up before the end of the month.

While we can't use credit cards at this time, our paypal program still works fine. Also, paypal has a credit card function where you can donate by credit card through paypal and you don't even have to have a paypal account to do so.

MY experience is that when a bomber (B52, B1 and B2B) are flying, at least one AWACs is up at the same time (but not always for the same duration).

There have been times when I’ve noted multiple AWACs up for different bombers, also.
One AWACs for the B-1 and another for the B-52.
The CBP is currently using the Grumman E2 for support.

Slightly related:
If POTUS is flying, it is always accompanied by an E4B (somewhere over CONUS) and not always, an E6 (doomsday).

Your post took me back to Aug of 1973. I was just chatting with our Company Commander at Navy Recruit Training Orlando in the barracks and somehow I mentioned the word "boat". He gave me a stern look and said, "Never call it a boat. It's a ship, a boat is something you row". I thought it was a nice pro tip. 😁
