Last week, I worked 63 hours.
I drove 2600 miles.
I delivered 130,000 gallons of fuel.
See how easy that was?

That tweet will read as a foreign language to the government workers.
You only did 3 things... 😁
You gotta do 5 things.
Did you take a coffee break and have lunch?
That qualifies too.
I’m retired. I...
1. Hiked in the mountains
2. Met with financial advisors
3 Routine visits with eye doctor and skin doctor
4. Wasted entirely too much time on FR
5. Made some killer stir fry

Wowza.
I am a 26-year federal employee. Let me say I am embarrassed and appalled at the hysterical whining and crying coming from some of my fellow Feds. I work my butt off, and these people are making us all look like idiots. I have no sympathy.
I might very well be DOGE’d when it’s all said and done. I’m at peace with whatever happens, and I promise you all if I’m forced to retire you won’t see me on CNN crying about it.
I’m a nurse. Can list 5 things I did in the past 30 minutes
Pres. Trump, you both have some experience driving a truck.
Maybe you could meet and swap some stories. :-)
I’m in a career field where I have to document what I do as I do it. If I had provide a list of five things I did last week, I probably wouldn’t need to go much beyond 7:20 a.m. on Monday.
I had 39 assignments out of the office.
Outlined my second book.
Wrote over 500-1000 words per day on said book
Scripted out the next 4 weekly videos for March
Posted branded content daily for Instagram
I make killer single-origin Ethiopian coffee! And I can pour a satisfying West Coast 8.9% ABV IPA with a just-right head.
Oh, I forgot I can also open a great Washington State Woodward Canyon Artist Series Cabernet Sauvignon with a very satisfying “pop!”of the cork.
I did learn how to use my new Sous Vide machine and get a perfect sear in my 125 year old cast iron skillet.
Damn, I was busy!
My hubby had to account for his time for almost forty years at his job.
He was never lost for words. :-)
And there are probably a couple related duties he could add to make it five (kept track of trips in e-log, for example).
Last week I too drove about 2600 miles, worked two solid days setting up for a major trade show. Provided product knowledge and training to hundreds of people over 3 days, some needing s as translator. Then I helped break down the show booth, loaded my truck and drove home.
In reality I performed hundreds of functions. I consider them to be one thing. My job.
You sound like you are from the crusty old hide as tough as leather generation!
Excellent.
Assuming he is talking about a liquid fuel that probably isn’t his truck in the background.

I liked your sarc, my thought as well. Musk demanded FIVE bullet points and he only provided three. I guess he gets sent to the re-education camp to fully comply with govt orders.
Usually not commenting on these threads, but (means ignore everything before the ‘but’) - Work for DOD (42+ years total, 17+ as Civilian) - two years total, spaced out in six month increments of 13 hour days, seven days a week (91 hours a week) in AFGH on flight lines and traveling the AOR - and would volunteer again. Thankfully no current need.
And there were some REAL stinkers, too, mainly in management.
