It’s true. I set the search to new home sales under 30 days. Parts of D.C. have so many new listings you can’t even see the streets on image setting.
Now if we can only figure out how to escape the tyranny of the Judicial.
PS Yes I’m aware it’s not a scientifically done study as I’m not comparing to previous years.
The End of Democracy!
Would need a comparison to past changes in the party holding the White House. Maybe this is not unusual.
Yes, some government jobs have been cut. But the big money has been in stopping money to fake NGOs stealing billions. All the NGOs have bloated high paying do nothing jobs. That is big money that suddenly stopped.
This should help turn VA red.
Even if there would be an uptick when one party takes over after POTUS election we know PDJT won’t be hiring as many as Bidone did
So I think your chart reflects more Dems leaving AND the cutting of do nothing jobs.
A good sign for the health of our country
Thank you for researching and posting
“Now if we can only figure out how to escape the tyranny of the Judicial.”
Perhaps:
Under the Article I, Section 8 power of Congress to set rules for the government, judicial orders shall not take effect until approved by at least one branch of the legislature wholly liable for funding the court of the judge.
However, a judge or judicial assembly may with immediate validity:
1. properly restore liberty to persons,
2. properly restore property to persons,
3. handle purely private party legal matters,
4. see to it that the Bill of Rights is observed,
5. see to it that Amendment XIV is observed as permitted by Congressional legislation to the extent that the power of a legislature is not in any way usurped,
6. order the payment of legislatively imposed revenue amounts,
7. enjoin the bad behavior of non-public actors as permitted by other law,
8. enforce the criminal laws as expected.
All consent decrees shall require the approval of Congress, which shall last for no more than two years after each such approval.
Home “SALES” or home “LISTINGS”?
May be precious few actual sales happening for some time.
New homes in an area about to see thousands laid off. I do not see these homes selling at the market value prior to DOGE.
When the new home’s prices plunge they will be good buys for others to upgrade into, assuming they can sell their existing homes.
Well, there is that red wave....
And they are not cheap! Funding cut for rat kings and rat queens. million $ homes. pfffft.
A housing glut. Wouldn’t it be something if the sales prices all significantly reduced?
Have home prices taken a nosedive?
Without comparing to previous years then it is just another take on fake news. Show a similar images from Oct 2024 and Feb 2024 and draw your own conclusions.
I predicted this weeks ago. Warned some people. Sell now and move or watch the value of your house plummet. The actual value of some of these properties is 30% of what the asking price was 6 months ago.
I am more interested in the ones coming available in Northern Virginia.
We need to take Virginia back and clearing out the liberal government workers living there is how to do it.
