exactamundo! the fact that no one’s proffered this obvious control data set suggests to me that this is may be normal post election turnover. until that is either disproved or confirmed i’ll hold off on the gleeful chortling. I hope it’s proved to be the case. any reliably honest realtor could opine on this phenomenon as to whether is it normal or not. why no interviews? let’s not fall for fake news.
