No, Trump Does NOT Have to Abide by Mythical “Judicial Supremacy”
New American Prophet ^ | February 14, 2025 | Selwyn Duke

It’s an old story: When people are allowed to get their way for too long, when they’re never told “No!” they may get too big for their britches. They may develop a sense of entitlement and even become narcissistic. And proving that judges are no exception are a number of recent court “opinions” designed to scuttle President Trump’s agenda.

One disallows DOGE from scrutinizing Treasury Department data.

PDJT should have a team of judges to consult with, if an injunction is clearly ‘null and void’ because it laughably flies in the face of ‘separation of powers’ as outlined in the Constitution, it should be ignored.

It is OK to ignore unlawful orders.

Indeed. If some element of Congress is unhappy with his actions, then a clear majority of Congress needs to speak against it - ala veto-proof fashion. I also think that if part(s) of the judiciary are upset with his action(s) then they need to bring suit against it up to the USSC.

judges can rule however they wish on elections and can remove whomever they wish by how they decide.

And a president can literally jail congress to keep them from voting against him and they will build statues to him like Lincoln did.

In the 1867 Supreme Court case Mississippi v. Johnson, the State of Mississippi sought to prevent President Andrew Johnson from enforcing the Reconstruction Acts, arguing that these laws were unconstitutional. The Supreme Court unanimously held that it lacked the jurisdiction to issue an injunction against the President for performing his official duties, emphasizing the separation of powers and the discretionary nature of presidential responsibilities. This decision established that the judiciary cannot restrain the executive branch from executing laws passed by Congress, thereby maintaining the balance among the branches of government.

You are right.

It is just so frustrating how the criminal left violates every law with zero cares in the world, knowing no one will call them out on it.

The only liberals we have in our lives are family - and they have been brought to heel so we let them stay.

Judicial power is paper power.

The lawfare against Trump proved that.

The lawfare would have gotten nowhere if not for Biden’s DOJ and the FBI which operates at the direction of the DOJ.

In Trump’s first term he was BLINDSIDED and STABBED in the back by Deep State moles in his OWN DOJ like Little Beauregard Sessions and Bill Barr.

I put a lot of blame on the coup with the fifty spies who lied, but that could have been negated by Billy Barr who put the laptop in limbo by offering no evidence to its authenticity which allowed Elite Stream Media to pimp the lie without any “official” denial of the lie.

This time around we trust he has a better team in Patel/Bondi.

And today is the day the rubber meets the road.

I will be greatly disappointed if Kash Patel is not the pit bull that he has made himself out to be.

I would argue that the little judges who are trying to give Trump a hard time are in contempt of the US Supreme Court:

The problem is that judges are permitted to issue contempt orders, and even if it is later determined that the order is wrong, the contempt fines still stick. Congress needs to limit this jurisdiction over the executive branch. Will they act? People need to demand it. As the outrage grows, SCOTUS will take action.

Here is the problem. The judicial branch no longer just enforces written law like they should. They now make up their own personal laws beyond what is codified by the legislative branch. This has made them an unconstitutional defacto branch making new or rewriting legislation with their personal opinionated rulings.

They have no legal right to make or rewrite legislation. This usurping of powers needs to be addressed.

Didn’t seem to affect Bidet ignoring the SCOTUS decisions and doing whatever he wanted.

Did not stop thousands of government agencies at the federal, state. and local levels from engaging in race-based discrimination through DEI initiatives even though the SCOTUS has repeatedly ruled that affirmative action is illegal.

I am just tired of ‘turning the other cheek’ and ‘reaching across the aisle’. The left has tried to destroy half of America so they could rebuild it in accordance with what they wanted. How can we survive as a nation when the left half of America thinks it is perfectly acceptable to break laws and destroy those they outright despise.

Sometimes you have to salt the earth so nothing can grow, such as liberalism.

What an outstanding article! Summarizes exactly what’s going on. Black robed tyrants thinking they can make laws, scumbag politicians who are good with it when the right judge rules the “right” way, and the weak and feckless congress-critters refusal to do their job and jumping on the chance to place blame.
Outstanding!
