NY has 670K residents who are illegal migrants — including 42,300 undocumented restaurant workers

The data in the report — released as President Trump vows a crackdown on illegal immigration — revealed:

An estimated 51,200 illegal migrants work in the personal care industry — with 20,900 maids and housekeepers,

16,800 home health aides, 7,000 child care workers and 6,500 personal care aides.

Some 42,300 restaurant workers are believed to be undocumented — 7,000 chefs, 17,000 cooks, 9,100 food prep workers and 9,200 waiters.

Another 48,500 undocumented workers are part of the construction industry — 29,500 laborers, 12,800 carpenters and 6,200 painters.

Over half of all crop workers in the US are foreign-born, and the vast majority of them are either undocumented or enrolled in an employer-sponsored federal H-2A program to work here.

Once media starts to show some large and/or well-known businesses being raided - then business will start to get worried. And when wealthy people and corporations start to have some fear and negative imagery, then the self-deportations will really occur en masse.

Will ICE be going after all the employers who are breaking the law by employing these people illegally?

But all the wealthy-on-our-dime SOBs in Congress get to keep their illegals, Right? You think Pelosi mows her own lawn of shops for her own ice cream? *SNORT*

When will some POS Socialist ‘urinalist’ do a deep dive into everyone working for Trump in NYC or FL or any of his Golf Courses, World-Wide, to see if they can dig up even ONE illegal?

That’ll be Front Page News for weeks on end!

How many of these ‘foreign workers’ are paying tribute to the Mexican cartels?

The people that employ these illegals are putting money into the pockets of those who systematically rape and kill these same illegals.

They are also putting putting money in the pockets of those flooding this country with drugs that kill Americans.

They are also putting money in the pockets of those trafficking children into this country for sexual exploitation.

The people knowingly employing illegals are not inocent.

Of course you’re going to have these kinds of numbers with years of open doors.

Life without them will be an adjustment.

Because the IRS gives out Taxpayer Identification Numbers TINs like candy. As long as the taxes are withheld and remitted they are perfectly happy with illegals working illegally.

Well, we can always have more kids of our own...now that employment of Americans has a bit brighter future.

It’s an adjustment most won’t have a problem with.

An estimated...

...are believed to be...

Take any number in this article, double it, and then add one of the "weasel phrases" from above and you would have a report that is as factual the original. It's usually a bad idea to formulate policy on fuzzy numbers.

Right. Whatever happened to e-verify? How do illegal alien workers get paid? SSI? I would like to see Trump shutdown wired transfers to Mexico.

At the end of the month comes the big sucking sounds as the IRS transfers our wealth to them all.

That stuff needs to end this year.

Demcrats care more about illegals than they care about American workers. How did they get away with that crap for so many years?
