I think this was an episode of Breaking Bad.
The cops are too busy arranging overtime booty calls ?
My friend who was an armed security guard for a company that repaired ATMs told me the capacity is:
1 tray maxes at $40k
2 trays maxes at $80k
Obviously depends on the company filling them and expected usage.
But IIRC those are capacity numbers.
Breaking Bad had a hilarious episode about meth-heads who stole an ATM and could not figure out how to get it open after they took it home.
He mentions in the video that they unbolt them.
Live PD showed a a couple of morons struggling to handle the ATM they ram raided.
They weren’t very bright.
Wanna stop this crap? Use lead deterrent. Bad guys get shot at for bank robbery, why not cash machine robbery? There should be WANTED posters and bounties for robbery and looting. Bring back vigilantes and Charles Bronson peacekeepers.
The movie “Barbershop” may have been their inspiration:
“Anything wrong with bolting them to the floor?”
At least some of them had 3 bolts on the floor. They didn’t how how they were removed, but if it was a wooden floor, a large crowbar would be enough, given how strong these guys are.
I’d use those bolts to trigger some unpleasant surprise.
Bummer. Use strain on the bolts to trigger some surprise.
The weights are an excellent plan , dye packs and AirPod type trackers. Combine all three and thefts will drop. Oh and a skunk juice bomb designed to go off with the dye packs, just to piss them off.
No kidding. I can’t believe they don’t have gps trackers in those things.
Aren’t sanctuary states and cities great? Love living in Texas!
I like that idea.
Bolt the NY city gangs to the floor.
Clearly, you are solution oriented. ;-D
