Schiff, who now has gotten a pardon, was caught condemning such actions when it was Trump who was pardoning some of his supporters four years ago.

He was asked in an interview: “Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who is an innocent person? ”

“No,” Schiff said.

I think some serious investigation into Schiff is needed….

Lots of expensive investigations that require expensive lawyers and legal experts.

Maybe even a mar a lago style “social call” by some federal ninjas, you know, to find evidence…

I mean, after all… it’s only “fair”…

blanket pardons cannot be allowed to stand.

to be pardoned, the person must at least be charged with a specific crime.

The traitor is now a US Senator.

America can’t be great again as long as traitors hang out in DC instead of hanging out at Gitmo awaiting execution..

He claimed in an interview that he had a whistle blower that knew Trump worked with the Russians.

Who voted for him? Its California and they have mail in voting. Every Democrat Precinct committeeman or woman or thing would only have to submit 50 or 60 mail in ballots for Adam Shiff to overcome all the votes for his opponent.

Supreme Court ruled preemptive pardons as void:

the pardon is void being outside power of the Pres under the Constitution because it was issued before accusation or conviction or admission of an offense.

79 (1915)

Miley could still be courtmartialed and tried under military justice
Schiff has stated publicly that he would not accept the pardon, this has happened before in which case the pardon is void and would have to be reinstated to be valid.
Schiff could be prosecuted if the facts support it.

Miley:
- Disobeying Orders and Chain of Command: There have been claims that General Milley did not follow direct orders from the Commander-in-Chief, particularly around the events of January 6, 2021. This could potentially be seen as a violation under Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), which pertains to failure to obey an order or regulation.

- Unauthorized Communications with Foreign Powers: Reports suggest that General Milley had secretive communications with Chinese military officials, possibly without proper authorization, which could be interpreted as circumventing the authority of the President or the Department of State. Some have labeled these actions as potentially treasonous, though this is a complex legal area where intent and authorization are critical factors.

- Usurping Presidential Authority: There are allegations that Milley took actions to control military operations or decisions independently from presidential directives, particularly around the transition period between administrations. This could be seen as an overstep of his authority, though proving intent and legality would be contentious.

Schiff:
- Trump-Russia Investigations: Schiff led the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. elections and potential ties to Trump’s campaign. His actions during these investigations have been contentious. Some Republicans criticized him for allegedly misleading the public about the evidence of collusion, though no legal violation was formally charged against him for these actions. He was censured by the Republican-led House in June 2023 for comments made during these investigations, but this was a political action rather than a legal one.

- Mortgage and Voter Fraud Allegations: Posts on X have suggested that Schiff might have committed mortgage and voter fraud by claiming dual residences for different purposes. These allegations stem from claims about inconsistencies in his reported primary residence for mortgage applications and voter registration. However, these are based on social media posts and have not been substantiated by legal proceedings or formal charges as of the latest information available.

- Ethics Complaint: There was an ethics complaint filed against Schiff, alleging behavior that discredits the House. This was ahead of a new censure vote, focusing more on his political conduct rather than criminal violations.

- Legal and Political Context: Schiff has never been formally charged with or convicted of any crime related to these allegations. The censures he faced were political actions rather than legal convictions. His involvement in high-profile political cases has made him a target for criticism from political opponents, but without legal repercussions in the form of criminal charges or convictions.

Reject your pardon, Mr. Schiff, it is an obvious abuse of power:

Schiffty may have been a criminal while running for a Senate seat. He never mentioned that. Give that seat to Garvey.

Milley??? What crimes did he commit???

\/

what no one (but me apparently )

has said

MUTINY

He, on national tv, admitted

he called junior officers and informed them that he , and they , would NOT be obeying a superior officer ( COMMANDER IN CHIEF) orders

if he felt it endangered CHYNA ( or who ever )

that , technically , is MUTINY

is it not ?

im still confused why no one is calling it that

maybe a JAG or UCMJ expert could explain how what milley did is NOT mutiny .
