Schiff, who now has gotten a pardon, was caught condemning such actions when it was Trump who was pardoning some of his supporters four years ago.
He was asked in an interview: “Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who is an innocent person? ”

Congress should start an immediate investigation into Schiff to preceed his impeachment from the Senate.
As a result they can pull in the J6 committee for impeachment as well. A pardon does not block impeachment.

Separation of powers would allow the house and senate to go full speed with investigations.
DOJ can go after the peripheral people and drag the pardoned folks in and nail them with obstruction of justice and/or perjury.
