They are not homeless, they are actually selfrespectless.

It could also be be because over 50% of the fires the LAFD responds to each year has been due to fires set by American and illegal alien homeless people intentionally committing arson or accidentally starting fires with camp fires, cooking drugs or bad wiring on the bad wiring on the extension cords they wire into street lights or power lines to steal electricity.

The fires are getting worse and have been escalating for the last few years. The cost of these fires in 2021 cost 250 million dollars and more like 540 million in 2023.

Every H1B visa holder represents a job that an American would have.

‘ They are not homeless, they are actually selfrespectless.’

Probably an aspect, but there for the grace of god…….

It’s easy to dismiss the poor and sick. What’s not easy is making them disappear.

It’s easy to say it’s not my problem, but kinda stupid to at the same time, complain they are a problem.

I deal with this crap daily.

There are times I want to take a baseball bat and beat in a crackhead’s skull.

Hell , there are times I want to do the same to an ‘elite’.

Neither solves any problem.

Most belong mental hospitals. But about 50 years ago we, as a nation, decided that the crazy have civil rights. Blame WhoreRaldo Rivers.

The elite need the homeless people so they can milk the system for money.

‘ Most belong mental hospitals.’

Most? Maybe. Drug rehab, probably.

Wishing or demanding they don’t exist won’t solve any problem though. You can’t solve anything by ignoring what the conditions are that lead them to the situation in the first place.

Nearly everyone I’ve met in that situation have shared horrible stories of abuse from birth. Some are just genetically screwed.

‘But about 50 years ago we, as a nation, decided that the crazy have civil rights. Blame WhoreRaldo Rivers.’

lol. No. As much of a dick as he is, he’s not to blame for this.

We, as a nation, are. We can do better.

“We could nearly solve the homeless problem in California if we shipped all the H1B folks back to India.”

These guys are homeless? Nah! From Google:

AI Overview

As of January 2025, the average annual salary for an H-1B worker in the United States was $167,533, or about $80.54 per hour. The majority of H-1B salaries range from $141,000 to $192,000, with top earners making around $206,500.

100%...They leave the lawless borders wide open then tax the people for more cops...Schools, courts, etc etc. They create the problems then loot the people in taxes with promises of relief etc.

If I were a jihadist, I would get a large band of other jihadists and roam around the west setting fires at simultaneous, pre-determined times.

The 3 H-1B Indians I consulted with at the Department of Education of Atlanta, Georgia were all making around $55,000.

Look it up.

It seems to me that those positions could have been filled by local people to support local families.

So, you are saying that those homeless people lining the streets of California could do the jobs the H1B visa holders from India are doing?

Yes, I am saying that many of those homeless people lining the streets of California could do the jobs the H1B visa holders from India are doing. Including me.

My 17 year old grandson recently moved in. When enrolling him in school, the counselor said he is homeless.

we absolutely need to resurrect state mental hospitals
the public and the homeless would both be safer

While it doesn’t have the highest homeless RATE in the nation, Kalifornia has, by far, the largest homeless population - I guess maybe some of them wanted to try for the rate record too - BTW - Kalifornia has the highest poverty rate in the Nation - some records - riiight?

And Gavin wants us all to become Kalifornia...

The experiment of placing mentally ill people in ‘halfway houses’ throughout our communities has largely failed. It was thought by nearly everyone sixty years ago that they’d be better off there, and become mentally healthy and possibly productive members of society. Unfortunately, they (and the ‘programs’ that facilitated the effort) instead produced an overwhelming, completely non-functional ‘homeless’ population, vandalism, disease, suffering, and crimes of all types. Our public spaces and parks have been destroyed, and our cities generally trashed. Yes, we need both mental hospitals and poor farms for our fellow citizens who cannot or will not properly care for themselves. It is uncivilized, cruel, and destructive to continue with the experiment any longer.
