Amazon will release a film on the life of former and future first lady Melania Trump.
Billionaire Amazon and Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos is riding the lucrative red wave cash cow this year via his Prime Video service partnering with Melania to release the film in theaters.
The documentary is expected to hit the silver screen worldwide in the second half of 2025.
Mrs. Trump will serve as the executive producer with Fernando Sulichin of New Element Media, and Brett Ratner of RatPac Entertainment will serve as the film's director, according to a report from Fox News.
Filming began in December 2024 and Prime Video will share more details on the project as the production progresses throughout the year.

Ebay has too many sellers that screw people over. Many are Chinese.
I am done with ebay.
oh sure I remember. Ellen Degeneres, one of the ugliest fellas on earth is a Covergirl! No joke. Look her/him up
I’m a fan of both Amazon and Ebay. I buy over 50 percent of my groceries on Amazon. And I’ve bought most of my family history on ebay. Really bizarre stuff like the two land books of 3rd great grandfather’s purchase of the land on which he put tracks for his first railroad, Auburn and Rochester Railroad Deeds. LOVE ebay!
;-)
I think Pres Trump’s birthday, which also happens to be Flag Day, would be most appropriate for Donald J Trump Day!
I wonder what is Amazon’s stance on h1b visas
She’s got good control over the privacy of her family. The magazine covers only show her beauty and her sense of fashion. That doesn’t invade. I can’t believe she wouldn’t be pleased to see her career remembered in covers. It’s the liberals running those failing magazines that refuse to acknowledge her significance.
Didn’t realize that. What a great realization. And a perfect choice.
You do have to be careful. But I’ve bought so many antique postcards to illustrate my books that I’ve made friends with a good number of sellers, so I’ve had very positive interactions.
Wa State doesn’t have an income tax o how do you account for 1 billion in savings?
Florida’s sales tax is cheaper but hard to imagine it’s 1 billion in savings.
FYI - except for the hurricanes, humidity, snakes, the alligators, the mold - I’d rather be in Florida.
where are they going to find an actress hot enough to play a young Melania?
As if this isn’t true for Amazon? I’d say the problem is notably worse there.
At least with Ebay it’s easier to see exactly who you’re dealing with.
As long as they don’t choose a liberal who will try to wreck the role.
Here’s one for the Melania Is unbelievably gorgeous file:
I have never had a bit of trouble from Amazon. They are great about returns and all. Easy to contact.
Stay away from independent sellers on any site like ebay or amazon because they set their own terms.
Melania Trump Documentary Film from Amazon Set for Global Theatrical Release to Showcase the ‘Truly Unique Story’ of the First Lady’s Life
Filming has began on a feature length documentary film, set for a global theatrical and streaming release, that will deliver what Amazon Prime Studios called an “unprecedented behind-the-scenes look” at the life of First Lady Melania Trump.
Yes, Washington has no income tax, but income tax is not important to billionaires. What matters to them is capital gains tax. On May 4, 2021, Governor Jay Inslee signed SB 5096 into law levying a capital gains tax of 7% tax on capital gains of more than $250,000 from the sale of stocks, bonds, and other assets. The tax applies to gains made on or after January 2022.
In March 2022, a Douglas County Superior Court ruled that the tax was an income tax and therefore unconstitutional in Washington State. This ruling was overturned by the Washington State Supreme Court in March 2023, which ruled that the tax was an excise tax, rather than an income tax.
On November 3, 2023, Jeff Bezos announced that he’s relocating from Seattle, where he has lived since 1994, to Miami. He explained that his parents recently moved back to Florida, where he and his family lived when he was younger, and that he wants to be closer to them. [yeah, right!]
On January 16, 2024, the U.S. Supreme Court said it would not review the lawsuit challenging Washington State’s 7% tax on capital gains over $250,000.
Bezos sells a lot of stock. It’s been estimated that he avoided $1 BILLION in capital gains tax in Washington by moving to Florida.
“FYI - except for the hurricanes, humidity, snakes, the alligators, the mold - I’d rather be in Florida.” LOL...Bezos “has people” to deal with those things.
Supposedly legitimate American businesses killed themselves. I avoided Amazon like the plague and would search out businesses not associated with Amazon... except half the time my package would arrive in an Amazon box. That’s a crappy way to do business but they pulled me in. I refuse to spend half the day finding a supposed brick and mortar only to see I wasted all that time.
It’s not about who’s more efficient. It’s about being herded into a sole source provider that’s become too powerful, and controlling too much of the economy, at the cost of smaller businesses. Their purchase of Whole Foods was an outright tragedy, and an example of what’s to come if people continue to use them for everything.
It doesn’t hurt to have Bezos on our side! We’ll know it’s real if the Post gets normal.
Maybe Amazon can ride that wave and turn the “Lord of the Rings” series from woke to winning?
Too much to ask, I know.
