Where’d he get the RDX? The guy was a career GI, spec ops type. He could have been stashing the Plastique from his job. He most likely would have trained with that sort of stuff and could have easily stashed a brick here and there. It’s long-term stable so he might have had it for years? One needs to be federally licensed to buy it commercially and, even at that, most dealers aren’t going to stock mil-grade stuff.
