The filing also included other demands, like, “No more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by BL outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project.”
Per the demands, the cast and crew of It Ends With Us were under a contractual obligation to promote the film as they had previously determined would focus “more on Lily’s [Lively’s character] strength and resilience as opposed to describing the film as a story about domestic violence.” They were also supposed to “avoid talking about this film that makes it feel sad or heavy [sic]—it’s a story of hope.”

“it’s a story of hope.”
Yeah, it sure sounds like it.
Stuff like this almost makes me think that Hollywood is full of dysfunctional nutcases.
yeah she hopes to get a big payday out of it.
“oral sex...story of hope”
Makes perfect sense.
Leftist propaganda must always stay within the “guardrails” set by their Commie masters.
Mother of 4 kids and married to Ryan Reynolds. What is doing these types of shows for?
It wouldn’t surprise me if the whole thing is nothing more than a ploy to gin up interest in the movie....the lawyers are in on it and maybe even thought it up.
These Hollywood types will do just about anything for a buck.
It’s a “Pro divorce” film if you ask me.
I saw the movie, overall a 2 1/2 stars out of 4. It was good, but very predictable as to what was going to happen.
A lot of fluff, i.e. scenes to fill up the movie when they could have given us more of the back story in the book.
I had questions as I hadn’t read the book.
I agree with Blake on this. The domestic violence was not the key issue, in my mind.
Basically, you have a woman who is attracted to men, like her Dad, who have an addictive personality.
Many women choose to stay with the guy, thinking he will change.
I’m not telling you what she decided to do.
The other issue that is not mentioned at all is related to the Pro-Choice/Pro-Life debate.
It’s not the kind of movie that I’d want to see again, as I wasn’t warm and fuzzy at the end.
“What is she doing these types of shows for?”
Why money and notoriety of course.....you know, the most important things in life.......NOT
IOW just more Hollywood garbage yes?
So did BL film sex scenes that included "oral sex or on-camera climaxing" that were not in the script? Why would she do that?
BL signed a contract when she agreed to star in the film --- did the contract state that she had control over the final editing?
Sounds like she doesn't want to work in Hollywood any more...
I don’t know if I’d say that. I’ve recommended it to friends, and everyone watching it, liked it. Not an uplifting movie, but it might be because I’m a guy, and I wasn’t totally paying full attention.
It’s a 2 1/2 star which, is a good movie. Not a great movie, 3 stars, or a movie that sticks with you along time, and you watch again, i.e 4 stars.
me either, they are mostly Godless
Oh they have many gods....they’re just “little g” gods......but yes your correct, they know little if anything of The I AM.
To make a buck, most likely, just like in just about every movie Hollyweird puts out.
If I were her I’d pay tge amount she’s suing for to not publicize this crap tgat her daughters will have to explain and live with in middle school
I’d cut my losses and say to myself “geeze Aunt Loretta was right. I should have not been involved with h wood any more” and get back home to my Westchester manor with my husband, who is an excellent finance manager besides being Ryan Reynolds
And get a hobby
But that’s just me.
That’s right.
