A 20-year-old woman who says she was forced her into a sex change at age 12 has taken action against a controversial transgender youth doctor.
Clementine Breen filed a medical negligence lawsuit against Los Angeles-based doctor Johanna Olsen-Kennedy on Thursday, claiming she was rushed into irreversible treatment to become male beginning at age 12, which may have left her infertile.
The contentious lawsuit also alleges Olsen-Kennedy - the medical director of the Center for Transyouth Health and Development at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles - administered Breen's care without performing psychological testing or monitoring her mental health and the side effects of the treatment.
Breen's lawsuit details her transitional journey with Olsen-Kennedy at the head, claiming her California clinic first put her on puberty blockers when she was just 12, before starting her on hormone therapy at 13.
At just 14 years old, Olsen-Kennedy's Transyouth clinic then performed a double mastectomy on the developing teen.
Breen's parents had allegedly intervened during their daughter's transition, explaining to the renowned physician that they were concerned about putting their child on the testosterone treatment.
However, Olsen-Kennedy reassured the worried parents that their daughter was experiencing suicidal ideations, despite the fact that the pre-teen hadn't ever had suicidal thoughts or expressed having them.
Still, court papers allege that Olsen-Kennedy told them 'if they did not agree to cross-sex hormone therapy, Clementine would commit suicide.'

Thanks for posting in-depth. The elevated suicide risk distortion reveals the absence of critical thinking that has permeated society for decades.
Yes, it is quite so. The facility would be more aptly named the “Center for the Sexual Mutilation of Children”. That’s what it is, and it’s right out there in the open for all of us to see. But just as our psyches will douse memories of horrific images to protect our minds, we as a civilization do not see this for what it in fact is.

The trans-cult gets them (primarily girls) as they go through normal puberty.
I know of several teen girls who chose to “be a boy” to protect themselves after having been attacked. Its heartbreaking.
When I was growing up in the 1970s, we heard horror stories about Soviet authorities indoctrinating children, teaching them to inform on parents who expressed anti-Soviet sentiments. In extreme cases, the children were taken from such “abusive” parents.
Sounds a lot like the US Federal and State Covid Cult.
So we have transitioners and detransitioners and soon we will have retransitioners and redetransitioners. Will this nonsense ever end?
This woman is evil and those like her should have a special place in hell.
It seems the parents were really casual about their child’s treatment.
Is that stupidity or are they culpable?
No 12 year old ought to be committed to a life changing treatment EVER. That is not the age of consent

I don’t think most of us dispute recommendations from auto mechanics…much less challenge doctors and other professionals.
Just consider the numbers of different medications being prescribed to people you know, if they are like my acquaintances, they aren’t shy about disclosing.
Or the number of vaccinations now given per child. Or the number of children inoculated for COVID despite the published comments from CDC & NIH that children were at extremely low risk of experiencing qualified symptoms or “testing positive.” (Supposedly there was a risk of asymptomatic children inflecting and killing off teachers and Grandma & Grandpa.) Now we see cardiologist’s waiting rooms crowded with teens and suspicious deaths appear to be rising in normally healthy young people.
On these very pages… absolute belief in devotion to claims made by the CDC, NIH, & WHO — and their most illogical and goofy interventions — were passionately accepted, argued, and defended by adults for months and months.
Most people defer to authority … especially when it comes to their kids & grand kids. The teachers, counselors, psychologists and physicians and their professional journals and associations held (hold) enormous authority.
Sadly, most articles and books holding this Transition malpractice up to scrutiny appear to be coming from independent journalists.
The parents should be held accountable for their part in this mutilation.
I guess this story applies...
When my sons were young, they asked me if they could get piercings and tattoos.
I told them NO.
They asked me why.
I told them, My job, as a parent is to turn over to you at age 18, an intact, unmarked body, to do with as you please.
If anyone doesn’t agree with this simple statement, they have no business being parents.
Period.
God bless this brave young woman for speaking up about the abuse.
Bankruptcy every sob who did these things. And then imprison them.
Is there a national list of "medical centers" that perform this "gender-affirming care"?
