It doesn’t appear to be random. How did the shooter know when and where he was leaving. Be interesting to know who the CEO was meeting with and the location. One wonders if the shooter will disappear or have an accident.

The CEO of a healthcare organization. Hundreds of thousands of paying insured customers. Bound to be some among those customers crazy enough to do something like this for something like denied coverage to him or to a loved one.

Gunman knew he had to manually recycle the action. after the first shot he did not try to pull the trigger. He immediately moved to recycle.
Gunman did not care that a witness was standing nearby. Pretty certain his identity would not be compromised.
Gunman was not excited at all. Very calmly walked and recycled weapon.
Shot the guy at least 3 times. Possibly 4 but video was not very clear.
